@Shlambate: You can tell that despite the room having very little in it that the admiral is an ambitious individual but is also painfully serious at the best of times. For the threat I'm going to say that you don't know exactly what her ambitions are leading towards long term. The triumph I'm going to say that you can tell that although she respects Zoroku she is usually quite aloof and considers herself above most of the others she deals with. You'd also be able to tell that she can be quite a sly person.

@SithArissa: That would be an average charm check with a boost because the bloke has been sent to try and assist the newcomers.

I'd say the advatage means that the guys attitude towards you would improve, but if you do want a tour you can still ask and his job means he'll show you around anyway.

@Rabobankrider way back when Zoroku rolled the Knowledge warfare check you said the success was him being directly able to advise ships in battle when the time came, in terms of the story in the IC could that count as him having designed a working ship to show to the Admiral and Shipwright? I would like to know cause he may or may not bring that up after the Admiral's or the Shipwright's next response.

He could suggest some good improvements to the current ships at the station I'd say. Designing a brand new ship might be a bit much.

I should also say before I forget that if anyone ever decides to remove @Edgehawk's restraining bolt it would be perfectly doable, it was keant more as a cosmetic feature considering his background etc. :-)
