@Edgehawk, unfortunately the corridor is fairly narrow, so you'll have to go through the squad to get to the door. If you want to do non-lethal damage you can do as @Shlambate has and increase the difficulty by 1.
@Shlambate, you can try talk them down but that will require them being out of combat.
@SithArissa, if you want to chuck someone out of a window you will need to get them into one of the offices along this corridor (the corridor is lined with office doors).

Could Improved Freerunning get me to the door? Use the walls of the narrow corridor to parkour over their heads? If so, I’ll maneuver with that, and proceed to act on the door.

Well it seems we won't be out of combat any time soon, So I guess we will have to beat them up, I would prefer not to kill them.

@Edgehawk, you certainly can! There is a small gap between the door and the squad you can land in, but you will be at risk of attack on their turn. An incidental can open the door as it isn't locked.
@SithArissa, you can certainly try with move, however @Edgehawk may suffer damage being punched through the door.

@Shlambate, I'll say Zoroku takes a strain for how tense the situation is, but you suspect the best way to appeal to Carth is to appeal to his loyalty to the republic and the need for a fair trial etc and/or present the facts to him (though be cautious of his loyalty to Karath).
@Rabobankrider if I go down the lines of “We are only here to apprehend the Admiral For trial as the senate gave us the right and the duty to investigate this issue. You wouldn’t want to get in the way of the senate and its justice would you?” Would that be coercion? Or would I need to phrase it more aggressively?
