Alright, unfortunately I'm going to have to declare @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION and @dfn inactive and remove them from the campaign to keep things moving. I will try to get to the ic post tomorrow to start you guys on your next session. The citadel challenge should still be doable (assuming I get the balance right), so don't worry too much there.

Pass all the boosts to my laser cannon and I will take out all the droids!!

I'll be sure to do that.
@Rabobankrider Wondering if I can switch out the blaster carbine for a blaster rifle at this point.
Also, just noticed that we don't have a sharpshooter...maybe Doc could do it. Precision in saving and taking lives.
If you want to yeah, you can all have a basic close combat weapon as well if you want. If anyone else wants to chance gun let me know Also @Kymrel , I've been thinking about the armour we see jedi wear in the clone wars show, and I'm thinking if you want you can take a set of what I'm calling light jedi armour which would effectively be soak 1, armour 1, encumbrance 3 and 3 hp. It just seems a bit unfair considering you'll be in a lot of combat scenarios. You can still keep your concealing robes as well if you want, but can choose between them as certain points before sessions etc.
Cool, I'll pick those up for sure. I'm a bit confused on whether or not I should upgrade Anler to Knight Level, could you please make a call on that one?
I would say for now keep him as is, and see how you feel after the citadel test. I get the feeling that if we're going for a proper Star wars clone wars setting with padawans like Ashoka etc, you're probably going to want to go with knight level. You all work together well so I'm not worried about sidekick characters in this campaign. Plus if we do play long enough to reach order 66 it'll give you a fighting chance :p
Roger that, that makes sense. Anler will need to spread his xp around quite a bit, while the clones can be more focused. Also, since they focus on different areas (clones on ranged, Anler on melee) everyone will get plenty of opportunities to shine.
If everyone's happy with it you can take the knight level xp now and use the citadel as a sort of field test for how it'll all work.

So, basic close combat weapons consist of stuff like combat knives? Nothing vibro-, correct?

I'm good with it.
Sure go ahead and make Anler a padawan. He will need the exp
if Slugger makes it to order 66, the Minigun will be the hardest thing for any Jedi to deal with. ?
Your close combat weapon would be a combat knife (stock standard type for soldiers), but if you want to request a specific weapon you can.

I'll just take that combat knife, then.
Speaking of leveling up, I'm assuming we're continuing on without a XP increase for the clones?

All the clones got 15 XP for the last session.

Ah, saw it 2 pages back. Alright.
Buying Fine Tuning (Tier 1) for 5 xp, and Gearhead (2nd rank, Tier 2), for 10xp.
Also, just to clarify from the IC description of our restricted equipment, that means 2112 isn't allowed his mechanics tools?

A wrench can be an effective combat weapon. I'm not sure they will let you in, maybe if you were a Lombax though.

I'm not worried about it being considered a combat weapon, I'm curious if any Mechanics checks I might attempt in the scenario will be made without the proper tools to do so, which incurs penalties.
So.. What was actually on the datapad Gunslinger was given? @Rabobankrider
edit: spent 15 xp on a 3rd rank in ranged light.
Edited by Edgehawk@KungFuFerret , that is correct. As @satkaz can't take his medi stuff the same goes for the tools. The point of the citadel is purely combat related (I think), which is why they had their specialist training fro other stuff. To be honest though he shouldn't really need to do any mechanic checks in this scenario so it shouldn't be a major drawback.
@Kymrel , when you're ready I'll put up a post for you getting your new armour, if you can remind me what robes you had in terms fo colour etc, because we all know jedi need to be coordinated to kill droids! :p After that I'll set the next scene up.
Edited by Rabobankrider@Rabobankrider Was the datapad just flavor, or is there anything useful on it?
@Edgehawk , sorry, I forgot. It was essentially the offical version of what Scorch (because that's who it was because republic commando was a sick game) was telling you. It would have your test score (pretty good, about 80th percentile) and the notice of your test.

Unacceptable we need to score in at least the 99th percentile.
Kill more droids then :p
@Edgehawk did we name Vergence's Clone Spanner?
