That doesn't look too bad.
For the advantage maybe Drummer gives us some important information about his troop positions as he tries to direct Oss where to attack so we can avoid them when we go for the command center. And we could maybe add some boost/ upgrades to the next mass combat check to represent that Drummer draws troops from the front lines.
Sounds like a plan.

Not the worst, nor the best outcome. The Despair means he likely sends reinforcements and grows suspicious, but I do agree the 5 advantage could give us troop movements. @Rabobankrider What do you say happens?
No, that's the trick. The deception works. So the despair has to be something else than him sending reinforcements. Something very inconvenient, sure, but not a reaction to our lie, since that succeeded.

Well he can still reinforce his position at the HQ. What about turning all the fans back on in the air vents?

That's the worrisome part. At least we probably bought the main force of the attack more time as Zombie will likely be able to use the info we will get from Drummer to put significant pressure on his forces.
Now it's through the vents so we can storm the castle, does the HQ have two entrances or one? If 2 we could have a pincer and squeeze them in a two side assault.

Would we want to Split off Acklay to fake attack Zombie's group It could keep us from receiving reinforcements, but that would reduce the total effectiveness of our squad.

I don't think so, it would leave us weaker and if Acklay comes out from the vents, we'd be ruining our own surprise since they would expect an attack from the vents. It'd be best to alert Zombie about what's happening.
Makes sense, I figure we just tell Zombie so he can plan accordingly.

I agree. Let's help Zombie out with the information and then quickly push through the vents before they notice.
First of all, using one of the squads to pretend to be Oss' squad and fake an attack on our forces is not a good idea. Doing something like this is an invitation for friendly fire even with a long time for planning and highly trained troops. And we have neither.
We should give Zombie the info and push on. There won't be cameras in the vents and we need to move quickly so that the enemy won't have time to send reinforcements before we are in a position to attack the HQ. The enemy will have other things to worry about than Oss and his squad, so let's hope we have enough time to get to the HQ.
Regarding HQ entrances, I think we should do the following:

That all sounds good, @Kymrel though o don't think Clones let themselves get captured so it's likely Drummer will fight to the last man.

We will see. I think he may surrender in the spirit of the exercise. If not, we'll have to fight a nemesis who could probably wipe the floor with us.
