Just a suggestion, if we're going to use the fluid initiative (which I approve btw), it might be less confusing to do the roster as follows:

1. PC
2. PC
3. PC
4. PC
5. NPC

etc etc. That way nobody assumes they are first in the order because their name is next to a specific number.

I want as many boosts that you can throw at me so Slugger will take 4th.

I've mainly been doing it that way because I was using it to help track of initiative vs npc initiative. I'll try it for the next one.

Also first ambusher to attack gets a boost due to the enemy not spotting the,.
