I'm fine either way.
Star Wars Clone Wars: Cyclone Squad OOC

Kandosii is fine where he is since he’s already on the wall and ready to shoot once my turn comes up.
@btmaja , the shield adds a setback dice to checks used with a ranged (heavy) weapon. It has 5 encumbrance, defence 2, reflect 2 and disorient 1.
@btmaja if you can get your post up by Friday that would be very handy.
Sorry for being inactive, been quite busy.
I dont think we needa redeploy atm... akua needs to get close anyway to deal damage, but if you all feel that redeplying to have more cover is better, i dont mind.
@Rabobankrider Slugger will wait on the roof then, he's got better vantage here for next turn, Don't Aim's stack to the next round?
I'm indifferent towards redeployment as well.
Ok then, @Shlambate if there is anything you want to do it is your turn.
Base Defence:
- @btmaja
- @Shlambate
- @Von3679
- @Edgehawk
- Horde 1: 2 soak, 100/100 wounds, 20/20 people
- Horde 2: 2 soak, 100/100 wounds, 20/20 people
- Horde 3: 2 soak, 50/50 wounds, 10/10 people
- @Tramp Graphics
- Horde 4: 2 soak, 50/50 wounds, 10/10 people
Umm He can't see anybody so Double Aim?
@Shlambate , sure, that's a valid option. Ok @Von3679 , you are up! @Edgehawk you will be up after.
How far is akua frm the horde? Can she do what she did previously? Dancing in and out?
Oh i see. So srry fr the delay btw, q busy wif sch.
Well i think akua’ll wait till they come closer. Any like motivational thing i can do though? To boost the team.
@Von3679 , sure. I think an average leadership with a setback will do it. If you succeed you can pass a boost to the squad for the first round.
In the mean time if there's anything you want to do @Edgehawk , go ahead.
Also @Edgehawk and @Von3679 , don't forget about the leadership rules you can use.

I'm away from books for a few days, and can't remember all the Squad formations and how they work. If Akua is giving the Squad a Boost, maybe Gunslinger can... Dig In..? Something to add to the squad's Defense, or add Setback to incoming attacks? What would the check be, if this is possible?
@Von3679 , if you want to put up something in the ic along the lines of an inspirational line or two, that'll get the boost I mentioned. With the triumph I'd say the speech is enough to inspire @Edgehawk 's character, so he can upgrade the ability of the leadership check.
@Edgehawk I'll need an easy check to form the squad, and an average to dig in (you can spend the upgrade on either, and can use your boost now if you want instead of in the first round of combat). In the meant time I'll have the enemy post up hopefully tomorrow, or at latest Wednesday.
Easy Leadership
:
2eA+1eP+1eB+1eD
1 success, 5 advantage
Avg Leadership
:
1eA+2eP+2eB+2eD
4 successes, 2 threat
I didn't use any of the 5 Advantage from the first roll.
@Rabobankrider I just got an answer to a question regarding Mandalorian Armor as it appears in Collapse of the Republic you might want to see.
@Edgehawk , that'll add 1 defence (1 setback dice) to attacks against your squad while they're dug in.
At the top of the new round, @btmaja , you are up with the enemy at medium range of you.
I'd also like to point out no one on the wall or by the gate has told the others that they are actually under attack, they still don't know what's going on really.
@Tramp Graphics , I'm not sure as to the relevance to this game that has. I don't have collapse of the jedi, and I think I will be sticking with what we have currently.

It's because Kandosii's armor is Mandalorian Armor from the Clone wars era, though I too didn't know about this change to armor of that era when I was making him (I only just found out about it myself) and had used the No Disintegrations armor. The only difference between the two versions of the armor is Clone Wars era Mandalorian armor has the integrated comlink and Vacuum Sealed built in rather than requiring separate attachments or extra cost.
Edited by Tramp GraphicsAs I say, I will be sticking with the 'No Disintegrations' armour. We've started with it, and I don't see a problem with it, or a real need to change at this stage.

That's fine. I was just bringing it to your attention, that's all.
How does opening/closing the gate work with action economy?
You would need a hard computers or mechanics check to deal wit the damage the panel took before you arrived, but you could probably sort it in a maneuver and an action (you are right by it so could do it this turn).
