@Tramp Graphics , that's fine, just so long as you are aware that you will be playing as a regular trooper.
Star Wars Clone Wars: Cyclone Squad OOC
started a game of my own, if anyone is interested, feel free to apply!
@Tramp Graphics , before I move too far ahead I do need to know if you are joining the game or not.

I'll pass for now. I don't want to be a "run of the mill" clone trooper. I was a "regular" soldier in real life. That's why I chose the two specs I did. I want to play something more than the "Standard" trooper.
Well you can work into something more like everyone else is planning to, but everyone has to start somewhere.

This is just imo, but i feel that everyone starts from nothing. No one is born special, and to me, everyone has the capacity to be great, it’s just how much effort is put in. So I’m just putting in my opinion, that being a normal soldier isn’t that bad. I mean, every trooper here started from standard troopers, but what they did allowed them to progress, and I believe if you really want that special class, you can achieve it through hard work and determination.
For eg echo, fives. They all started as regular soldiers, and managed to get to the rank of arc trooper through their hard work. Even clone commanders, while they r bred to be commanders, have to earn their rank.
Anyway, I'll sort the ic and press on. Is there anything you want to do on your journey? The travel will be about 8 days, so if you have any left, you can recover 8 wounds and all your strain. If there's any other tasks or rp you want to take part in, let me know. I will narrate you guys about to arrive at the location, but don't let that stop you.
@Tramp Graphics if you change your mind let me know.

Would you be open to my playing one of these ? An number of them, in both Canon and Legends, including Fenn Rau and Kal Skirata respectively, served in the Clone Wars along side the clones and Jedi in battle.
@Tramp Graphics , I mean, if you really want to you can. It does come with some stipulations however:
- Your character will have to have the same xp as the clones despite being a trainer (the only character given additional xp is the jedi to try and capture the clone wars feel).
- The title does not give you automatic control over the squad, all authority must be earnt the hard way.
- You will need a good ic reason for your character to join the 712th assault battalion instead of being on Kamino.
In terms of creation, as your character is effectively a mercenary, I will give you 9,000 credits to spend on equipment (restricted equipment will have to be run by me first), and for xp you will get 55xp on top of the starting xp. You also receive the recruit universal spec for free, same as the others. If you still want to join your character will be introduced on the Ithorian herdship, so I will need to see a sheet as soon as possible.
@player3333902 , you can tell that the rings when activated are effectively a single use item. Unfortunately the fail prevents you learning anything else, but you can try again later when you have some down time.

That works. As for a reason for joining, that's easy. His contract with Kamino is over, and he re-enlisted in the army. Simple.
Question: How much Starting Duty?
Edited by Tramp Graphics@Rabobankrider , here's my sheet so far. I still need starting Duty in order to finish out the sheet.
@Tramp Graphics , that looks ok to me, standard duty for this, so you will start with 10.

That’s what I figured, so I cashed that in for more money to pay for gear and armor attachments. He’s basically a sniper.
Alright, gotcha fr the rings Rabo.

Made some minor changes to his load out. I originally did the math wrong and overpaid for my gear. With the 9000 you gave me, plus the 500 standard starting credits, plus 2500 from Duty, that gives me 12000 to work with. I originally only had 11,295 worth of gear, leaving me with 705 credits, not 5 credits. So, I scraped the condensor unit from my gear, and replaced it with a canteen, in order to afford a pair of blaster pistols. If anyone wants to double check my math, feel free.

Edited by Tramp Graphics@Tramp Graphics , the 9,000 was to replace the 500, so you will not get that as an additional.

Ah. That just means giving up one pistol. Not a problem. Adjustment made.
Edited by Tramp GraphicsAre you a clone @Tramp Graphics
@Shlambate , @Tramp Graphics is a mandalorian mercenary currently.

@Rabobankrider is correct. He’s a Mandalorian, not a clone.
Anyway, when you guys are ready you can make your introductions etc to bring the group together.
The Mandalorian steps forward. You can tell he’s not tall, maybe 1.69 meters (5’6”), but lean and powerfully built, like a Corellian Sand Panther. He wears blue and gold armor over a blue on blue camouflage body stocking.
“ Su'cuy ner Vode,” he says, removing his helmet.
He has a rugged face with bronze skin with dark brown hair pulled back in a tight tail and a VanDyke with dark, piercing eyes. You can also tell he’s a southpaw, given the placement of the pistol at his left hip, the combat knife secured to his left calf, and the A 280 C rifle slung over his left shoulder.

Meant for the IC, I think? Would we have known you from Kamino?
