I hit for 12 damage so 7 damage after soak

For @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION I'm not sure what weapon he used as the weapon in his Swsheets would add a Setback to his roll

satkaz hit for 12 damage so another 7 damage

Makes for a total of 21 damage + what @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION does.

Edit: Didn't see @Matt Skywalker edit so another 5 damage + 1 trooper down for the crit although I don't understand his roll. According to his Swsheets should be 3 Ability +1 boost by @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION + 2Boost from aim? but should be at medium range so two difficulty?

Do they have soak 5?

I thought Oss had Soak 5 and the clones had soak 3.

Yep, @Matt Skywalker is missing an ability die and a difficulty die on his roll.

@Matt Skywalker , if you can add the difficulty dice and ability dice to your current roll, that'd be great. Also , where did you get 3 boost dice from? I know you got one from @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION , and if you took the aim maneuver you'd have a second, but where did the third come from?

Damage left I think will now be 15 (3 men) for squad 1, and 18 for squad 2 (4 men). That doesn't includes Matt's roll yet, as that may well change with the different dice.

Regular cadets currently have 3 soak as they are modeled of Imperial Army Troopers. When they graduate they will be upgraded to stormtrooper levels to represent their superior training.

@Matt Skywalker could spend 2 strain for an extra maneuver and do a second aim.

Squad 1 is the squad that got attacked by Anler right? Shouldn't there be 4 men left right now? Anler did 10 damage, so exceeded the wound threshold for the first trooper at six damage but didn't exceed the wound threshold for the second trooper, that would happen at 11 damage.

Squad 2 got 9 damage from Acklay, 9 damage from me, 9 damage from satkaz and 6 or 7 damage from SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION for a total of 33 or 34 (plus what Matt Skywalker does). Which would leave 4 men.

Did I make any mistakes in the calculation?

I aimed twice. I'll add it to the original

Unfortunately, I didn't get any advantage.

His breach negate their soak, so they received the full 10 points of damage, and it's 5 strain threshold per clone, so Anler managed to batter 2 of them. This is the template I'm using: http://swrpg.viluppo.net/adversaries/adversary/684/

Squad 2 suffered damage as follows:

From what I can tell, the carbine clones used is the basic one from the core book (the one @satkaz currently carries). For now I've adjusted @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION 's damage to the original carbine :)

I will sort the post for the squad fighting Anler tonight.

Yep, I took the regular blaster carbine, @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION took http://swrpg.viluppo.net/equipment/weapons/3370/ from Forged in Battle.

Regarding to when a minion goes down the most common opinion I read in this forum so far is that you have to exceed not reach the wound threshold to kill a minion.

Edit: It is the first question answered in the official FAQ.

For the damage to squad 2 Acklay also did 1 damage by adding a strain through advantage but I think Doc did only 13 damage so I get to the same result.

Well if it was a single minion with 5 strain and 0 soak for the sake of argument, and you hit it with 5 damage, it would go to 0 without exceeding it, but wouldn't have any strain left.

I think the first question specifies exactly that in this case the minion would stay active until it gets at least another damage.

But of course we can play it the way that a minion gets killed when it reaches the threshold if you prefer.

Ah fair enough, I guess we'll try that out. In that case there is 4 troopers remaining in the squad facing Anler, the number facing the clones remains the same. Doc got the extra point of damage after adding the boost dice in, I'll add Acklay's squad to the total so it is now 15 strain left, still 4 men.

Slugger is up to bat! What are the squads distances relative to him?

I think both would be medium to him, one to his left (squad 1), 1 to his right (squad 2)

Neither are in cover at the moment?

No, they are currently falling back instead.

Alright last question can Slugger go to 12/12 without knocking himself out?
