I get you now! just doing any incidentals before the turn order restarts when @Rabobankrider does his two rolls for Acklay and the enemy.

I'm not sure if my maths etc is right (very late here), but I think it's right.
So that's 5 strain damage correct after the soak. So it can be healed with advantage.
By killing the trooper you mean stunned him right?
Alright, reinforcements down so far, so we taking it from the top now?
Wonder if I should pop my Second Wind incidental, too. It'd be one strain recovered, but it'd do.
I did yeah, or did I? DUNDUNSUUUUN (I did). I think the only person left is Oss now to sort out.
I am tempted to have Anler try to get Oss to surrender, but since what's facing him if he doesn't is a minor inconvenience (stun damage) and not death, I don't think I have the leverage to do that. So I suppose we'll have to do this the old-fashioned way and club him over the head with a lightsaber!
Wow. Just wow. Sometimes the dice gods just mess up everything...
Hitting Oss upside the head
:
2eA+1eP+2eB+1eD+1eC
1 failure, 3 advantage, 1 Despair
Even with 2 maneuvers to aim all I manage is to miss, get 3 advantages, and roll a **** despair as well.
I'll wait for @Rabobankrider to decide what he wants to do with the despair before posting.
How about your lightsaber takes 1 damage? Feel free to narrate Oss damaging it, or you damaging it yourself.
Has Gunslinger closed to Short range, or still Medium (in regards to Oss)? He was trying to keep within Medium of the runner.
Edited by EdgehawkIf he moved to close range of him before he ran, he'd now be at medium as he ran back another range band. If he had moved forwards though he'd still be at close range of Oss I think.
What? Execute Order 66?!
Sorry, Commander.. or is that just for a Despair without Success?

Oh for ****'s sake...
Also, you get one boost from Anler, you can add one boost.
Also, you need to add a difficulty dice.
The difficulty to hit Oss is 1D. This is upgraded to 1C since he is engaged. This is upgraded again with his Adversary 1, to 1D 1C.

Is he an Adversary? I thought he was essentially just another Cadet, mechanically.
Nope, he has Adversary 1, as per Rabo's post.
****, I'd love to be wrong, that would mean my difficulty would be 2D, not 1D 1C, so no chance of that nasty despair!

The other way around. It applies automatically on a successful check with despair.
And it seems the dice gods didn't appreciate Shlambate and me complaining about 0 Success rolls being boring. I apologize to them.

I regret nothing.
Well, shooting at someone engaged with friendlies is always a bad idea. I guess it's a 50/50 if he hit Anler or the Gundark...
I remember another Game @Kymrel you weren't able to roll a success for like 6 rolls. The one with the Balosar, at least the luck is better here.

Don't remind me...
Alright, time for Doc to save the day. He'll aim and shoot. I'm guessing the 2 advantage is a boost die, @Edgehawk , so I'll assume that.
Ranged Heavy [Take down Oss!]
:
1eP+2eA+1eC+1eD+2eB
2 successes, 1 advantage
Yeah, boi.
I'm assuming Oss has 4 to 5 soak, so that's 6 to 7 damage with the Blaster Carbine, don't think Oss is down. And that one advantage is to give a boost to the next person. I'll also pop the Second Wind incidental for this, having me recover 1 more strain.

@satkaz I remember Oss has 5 soak
I didn't think we'd even get to my turn haha! I'll post after work
10 minutes ago, satkaz said:So, he isn't down. Almost, though. 3 more (non-actual) WT to go, because I remember he has 15 WT, and I think @Edgehawk and I hit for 6 each.
No, as you may recall @Edgehawk rolled a DESPAIR. That means he didn't hit Oss, and instead hit either Anler or the Gundark.
Guys, if we want to get through this you have to stop risking shooting into melee! If you don't have melee weapon, try to do something else. Just wading into melee and doing an assist maneuver is more useful than a whole frikking squad risking shooting the commander (or their fellow clone) in the back. This is basic stuff for the clones, don't shoot if you can hit your own!
Really, I want to see the clones trying to explain to their superiors that they did in fact shoot the commander in the back, taking him out of the exercise. I don't think you get out of that one with any semblance of a reputation intact.
