As a suggestion for future combats, could we handle initiative in Player and NPC blocks?

As an example with the current initiative slots the first five players can go in any order, then it's Oss turn then the other two PCs in any order then the rest of the NPCs.

This would save some time.

To get an overview of the situation:

There is Oss and 1 minion of the minion squad left right?

Gundark and Anler are engaged with the minion as they both charged the minion group?

Anler is engaged with Oss as Oss charged him?

I guess the real question is whom can the rest of us shoot with what penalties?

On an unrelated note, you might consider to start using destiny points @Rabobankrider I think it's 2 Light side and 12 Dark side now.

I think there might be 2, but I could have done the maths wrong there. 1 minion is trying to make a break again so he;d be free, Oss is engaged with Anler, and the other is at engaged range.

And I will be using them, got some plans for the ensuing battle. :P

I think Rabo said the two melee fighters are engaged with every target in the rest of the squads sights. @Rabobankrider is this correct?

There should only be one minion standing. We both downed one with damage and another with a critical hit, leaving only one wounded standing.

Ah ok, I'll edit that in the posts

So do they succeed in getting away or can we Gun them down?

Should be right. Anler did 7 damage with breach 1 and Gundark did 6 damage with pierce 1 so total damage of 11 against WT 5 Soak 3 minions plus two killed by crits.

@Rabobankrider Can 9182 have prepared his weapon earlier when I mentioned he had his Rotary Cannon Spinning already or does he have to use one of his two maneuvers preparing it?

Eh, I'll let it count as a free manoeuvre for this one this time round.

Perfect, let CT-7777 and CT-9182 take out the minion and then have Acklay squad hitting Anler as they try to shoot Oss. That should settle the question which is the best squad in the battalion.

Ok guys, I want your opinions on this does 9182 shoot at Oss and risk shooting Anler or Gundark but take both targets out or does he Horribly overkill the running away Clone Trooper?

Either way My maneuvers will be to move to short range and aim. If he fires at Oss I will spend Destiny.

I'd go for shooting Oss, personally. I think @SHADOWGUARD CHAMPION got the comlinks.

I'd go for the trooper. He may not have a comlink (damaged helmet I guess) but he can get word back if he escapes. Oss isn't going anywhere.

Well I guess I doesn't matter anyway. The Dice have decided that nothing happens. I hate 0 success 0 advantage, I never know how to describe it because nothing happened of note nothing bad nothing good.

Time for the enemy squad, and to find out if Acklay Squad is able to engage, or if we go to Round 2 :)

As of now (current turn), CT-5472 ( Gunslinger? ) is maneuvering just enough to remain within medium range of the runner. He will recover 2 Strain, as an incidental (2 ranks Second Wind).

Gunslinger yes thats the name Doc gave 5472, I think it is good! I think our friendly neighborhood Jedi goes before you though.
