I'm also a San Diego player (pre-ordered my stuff through Team Covenant), although I live closer to the border, down in Chula Vista. I should be able to make it up to At Ease most of the time on Thursday nights (yeah, that's their LCG game night) but I'm also interested in starting a group to meet at TC's Rockets in La Mesa, whatever day is available for whoever can make it.

Ive been told by Pair-a-Dice Games in Vista, CA (North County San Diego) that they will be having a release event the weekend following game release, and will be supporting organized play.

I would also be interested in getting a North County SD group together if there are others in the area.

Hey thanks for the reply! I was starting to get worried there wasn't going to be a local play group. Didn't see anything on reddit or here for a while. I used to play old L5R at Pandemonium back in the early 2000s. I'll probably head back there to play if they're having weekly games.

Sorry, hadn't noticed your post till just last week, going to work on getting the FB groups on the redit post as well.

As far as I know Pandemonium is running on Tuesdays, possible people getting together on the weekends as well.

Also starting a Wednesday meetup at Eternal Games as well, trying to drum up new players and everything.

It's about an hour's north of Baltimore, but the Comics Closet in Shrewsbury PA will be running it (no date for the first OP tournament yet, I'm afraid.)

Earlier in the thread there was a link to the L5R LCG NOVA Facebook group. Most of the northern Virginia places are within easy driving distance of Baltimore and more than a few Maryland places are included.
