I choose to believe 3 squads is sufficient to determine the Aggressor is clearly the best ship in the game and in need of immediate Nerf...that's how this works, right?

Big if true. It's Nerf or nothing!

I still don't like at all to have 2 different formats, it makes incredibly hard to practice considering the time and preps an xwing game involve

While I dislike hyperspace, especially when it has like 4 ships per faction, I'd rather have just it than both

Looking forward to Aces High side events as well then?

Someone uploaded bogus data to Listfortress, looks like. Squad of 7 unarmed S.Specialists. Doesn't look malicious--the tournament name is called "Tests"--but it's clearly inaccurate.

There was a 43/109 list with Jonus Bombers, Kestal, and an ICT Sienar, which seems like a more realistic upper edge of performance.

Spoiler alert, the best hand everyone was dealt is still Jedi. I'd bet that they'll still be the best in February, but I'm happy to lose that bet.

“I’ll take that bet”. : Qui-Gon Jinn

we talking republic Jedi, or Jedi in general, or just force users?

Does anyone actually expect Aces to pay their share of taxes in 2020?

They already pay enough. They earned those points. The other ships just need to work harder and pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

They can have a little more taxes. As a treat.

Something got me thinking. Is Resistance the only faction without a meta defining moment in 2.0?

Empire Phantoms. Rebel Beef. Separatist Swarm. Scum various at the beginning. Republic Jedi. Even First Order with the NPE Tripsilons.

Is it time for Resistance to have something degenerate come next week?

did you forget about 5 A-Wings, or the resi5tance list this spring?

or Big Deal Finn, generally (who is still a big deal)?

That doesnt count because it was 4 and 5 Aces not 3 Aces.

for the first time in my life I'm upset that this forum lacks an "angry" reacc

Was Big Deal or 5A really as oppressive as Quad Phantoms for example. I don't think someone was truly thinking about changing their list because he might encounter Finn.

there's probably an argument about correct decisions that can be made here. I would argue that the resistance stuff is just as important to think about in listbuilding as rebel beef, but the collective internet panic about rebel beef makes us remember it as something along the lines of triple Upsilons (which was actually a literal broken deck that had to be removed mid-season).

No, it wasn't.

How would you want a good but not too good list to look like? Of course I am biased, but...

5A looked pretty close to how I would want such lists to be. Bigdeal hat the clearly unintended interaction, but some more points would have solved that too. It wasn't extreme, it wasn't npe, and it wasn't op.

Would it not be good if that was the pinnacle for each faction? The worst it ever gets?

40 after tax, probably.
