// Sounds good—that's another Destiny Point, and looks like no damage. BTW are you counting strain for each use of the Dodge talent? //

Attacking Maa't with blasters (3 of 5) : 4eP+1eA+1eC+2eD 0 successes, 3 advantage, 1 Despair
p-s.png p-s-a.png p-a.png p-s.png a-a-a.png c-d.png d-th.png d-f-f.png

Another group of stormtroopers joined the fight, continuing to pour fire up into the open doorway in which Maa't stood.

// What would you like to do with that Despair? //

// improved reflect. Stop using dodge please.

Maa't managed to get into a better defensive position, and this time the blaster bolts were reflected back at the the stormtroopers, taking out of them out.

// FYI you have one more Destiny Point left. //

A slightly smaller group of four troopers was now joining their firing, taking advantage of the covering fire having been laid down by the neighboring group, even though Maa't had taken out two of their group already (1 Advantage to give a Boost, 2 Advantage for a maneuver to assist):

Attacking Maa't with blasters (4 of 5) : 3eP+1eA+2eB+3eD 6 successes, 2 advantage
p-s.png p-s-s.png p-s-s.png a-s-a.png b-a-a.png b--.png d-th.png d--.png d--.png

// That's another 15 damage minus soak. How do you want to handle it? //

//maa't uses reflect and falls unconscious//

Attacking Jarash with blasters : 4eP+1eA+1eB+2eC+1eD+2eS 4 successes
p-a.png p-s.png p-s-s.png p-s.png a-a.png b-a-a.png c-th.png c-th-th.png d-th.png s--.png s--.png

The last group of stormtroopers, seeing the lightsaber wielder fall under the withering fire, directs their fire towards the fleeing Jarash, blowing past his armor's defenses but failing to damage anything vital (that's 13 damage minus soak) .

// Tovera is last to go. Maa't is unconscious, and troopers are on the way. Tovera, Jarash, and Chundarr still all have the opportunity to get away clean, but only if they stop attacking now and start running. //

// Meanwhile, what is Korath doing? //

Aside from putting on his belt again, he'll use Seek to try and find the other Force users he came here to find in the first place, then head in that direction with all due haste.

Seek

4eF : 4 Light Side, 2 Dark Side [4eF=LS/LS, LS/LS, DS, DS]

That's 2 LSPs to activate the base power, plus I'll use the other two LSPs to activate my Magnitude upgrade twice.

Is Chundaar close enough to grab Maa't?

// Chundarr is all the way across the room, on the other side of the collapsed walkway. And also he has already taken his turn. Right now it's Tovera's action. //

I know that, I was wondering so I could plan his next move. You did bring him up, and he was stealthily trying to work his way back to the group.

// AH! Motivation. Who exactly are the other Force users Korath has come to seek? Is this known to you as a player? //

If he's going to try and navigate the most direct route to Maa't, then it'd start with a Survival check. Soon as the new round is up, I'll give you the difficulty.

//As a player , yes, it's the other PCs. As a character, Korath has been letting the Force guide him.

The powerful Force users Korath originally sensed are the Archangel and the Blackguard (neither of these are the robed figure, who seems to be currently shrouded against detection). Which of these is he trying to locate first?

// Also, when using a Force power (or talent, etc) please let me know what the effects are supposed to be (e.g. instead of "I use Seek on Brad," please give a description of the power such as, "I will activate the Seek basic power to gain insight into the general location or direction of Brad (regardless of current distance)." //

I'm not familiar with either of those names. Are they Light presences or Dark ? Korath has been seeking potential Jedi .

// Both these targets are potential Jedi. Unless something else was already established in the narrative, this is all the information your original vision told you. Bottom line, you'll have to choose which one to look for first. //

Whichever one is closest.

You don't know that yet. The Seek power will reveal how close the one you choose is.

I thought that was what my roll was determining already. That's why I asked. What's the result of what it tells me? How close are each of these Force signatures to Korath and to each other, and what other details do I get about them from the two activations of the Magnitute upgrade?

As a player, I know of three other force sensitives aside from myself: Mychal'el (who's presumably dead), Maa't, and Tovera.

Tovera assists Jarash as the two of them carry Ma'at out, dodging blaster bolts.

Korath senses the "blackguard" near him, and in grave danger. There are other presences around him, one of them bright presence that feels strong in the Force. The "blackguard" is incapacitated, and the other two are carrying him to safety amid a hail of fire. Blaster bolts.

They are about 10 meters directly below Korath, running now to the south to escape the danger. Underneath Korath's feet is a polished metal floor, around him are white walls with high-set windows that look out into a darkened sky. The long hallway extends southwards for several dozen meters and branches into a T-junction, one branch going left and the other branch going right (east and west).

I follow them while keeping the power committed. I also look for some means to get down there to rendezvous with them.

// I do have Free Running, Swift, and Planet Mapper talents, as well as most of the Enhance tree, including all of the " Force Leap " upgrades for added speed, including the upgrade to use it as a maneuver.//

Chundarr runs to get to maa't. If he can't get there, there is no hope for him

Improved Shortcut adds one more Success, as do the two LSPs from Enhance for a total of 5 Successes.
