Jedi Quest IC thread
Chundarr grabs one of the blaster rifles from the dead Stormtroopers surronding him and shoots at the walker.
Maa't leaped and spun in the air, landing in the large doorway behind the walker, ready to strike.
As he did so, Chundarr used the distraction and opened fire at the distant walker. One of the stormtroopers took the hit from Chundarr's aim, and went down hard.
// Two more troopers left guarding the walker...I believe that Tovera has the initiative now. Will PM @Tramp Graphics regarding Korath as soon as I have a moment! //
Examining the supports under the heavy walker, Tovera tested a vibroknucker against the metal. Perhaps the whole thing could be brought down from here by dropping the bridge from under it.
Edited by RakaydosTovera found that the supports shoring up this section of walk were a simple girder system, made of some kind of strong metal alloy. Each strut and joist was about half a meter thick on one side, and about half that on the other side. When Tovera tapped them, they sounded a bit hollow.
They connected at the wall and looked like they could be made to come off, if one could possibly pop all the dozens—or perhaps hundreds—of rivets that connected the supports to the wall...

Korath awoke, his head swimming and his whole body aching. Opening his eyes brought on a bout of nausea so powerful that he closed them again. He felt like he'd been hit by a speeder, then run over by the same speeder a couple of times for good measure.
He tried moving his arms, only to find that they were restrained, as were his feet. Some sort of binders.
There was the muffled patter of rain, an unintelligible—but familiar—voice speaking as if from far away, and what was immediately visible was a dark and closed-in space with a blueish glow coming from nearby.
Closing his eyes, Korath spends five minutes Focusing on heling his body (I use the base Heal power five times ( once a minute ) allowing him to recover 3 wounds each time.

Korath reached out to the Force, but the pain in his head was suddenly tripled and he cried out involuntarily (1 Threat). It was going to be a minute before he could attempt that again; the mental strain was heavy (1 Threat: Korath suffers 1 strain ). He realized more of his surroundings as he came further out of the mental fog: he was strapped to a captain-style chair, and judging by the heavy metallic weight on the crown of his head, and his inability to contact the Force, he was wearing some kind of neural disruptor. In front of him were consoles and viewscreens, appearing to be silent security holocam feeds.
// Korath is currently Immobilized and strapped to the chair, unable to perform a maneuver unless he passes a Hard (3eD+2eS) Athletics check, and without the ability to make Force power checks until he passes a Formidable (5eD) Discipline or Resilience check (or somehow removes the neural disruptor). //
A dark figure stepped into the Jedi's field of vision. The same figure from earlier. Mechanical rasping came from breathing tubes attached to a face mask. The voice was not the same as that which Korath had previously heard speaking. It was humorless, almost morbid. "I see you've finally woken. He said to expect someone more resilient. I am...disappointed," the figure said. He took Korath's chin in a gloved hand and, holding it in an unyielding grasp, continued to mock him. "You should know that you cannot overcome me, Lorren, but I am more than eager to see you try." Korath imagined the robed figure to be speaking with a cold smile.
The sound that Korath has taken for rain became more clear as ringing in his ears lessened. Rather than rain, it sounded as if steady blasterfire and explosions were coming from somewhere nearby.
Meanwhile....
The spider-legged walker was now seeking a target as its remaining weapon systems recalibrated. Its stormtroopers were trying to suppress the fire coming from Jarash's and Chundarr's position, but were not faring well.
// New round! First PC please! Any one character can go before the walker takes its next turn. 1 extra PC slot is not added at the end of the round, which represents the addition of Korath. //

Carefully contorting his fingers and thumbs, Korath slowly worked his hands free of his bonds. He then removed the neural disruptive while simultaneously pulling the lightsaber off of the Dark Sider's belt and igniting it in his face forcing him back.

The walker's gun-laden head swiveled in its socket, trying to track Maa't add he flew through the air. It let loose a prolonged volley, catching the Nikto with a glancing burn before he was able to right himself and defend with his lightsaber.
Maa't caught several of the blasts on his brilliant blade, sending them back at the walker and annihilating the remaining stormtroopers. Now it was just the Nikto and the massive walker, staring reach other down.

Next (1) PC, please! Anyone besides Korath. The walker unit is at short range from Maa't, long range from Jarash.

flipping destiny for Mind Over Matter OOT talent
After the giant walker reached the bridge, the man in Mandalorian armor raced under the span, his lightsabers glowing in his hands, hot and white. His enemy halted, directly above him, and the shadow of it reached out from it's massive legs. He raised his eyes and jumped, his blades whined and cracked against the supports holding up the bridge. Blaster fire came from the metal monster's barrels, but the bridge stood firm.
"Gar kelir draar sla'napir," [ You will never leave ] he said in the language of his heart.

I have boost and minus setback on my saber
I'd like to recover strain please
And I'd like to let everyone get a chance to get off the bridge before I take out the last of the supports (not sure how many turns it'll take)
// Go ahead and recover 3 strain, then //
2 Successes: Mychal'el's saber sliced through one of the girders with just a little effort, the durasteel squealing a metallic protest as it rapidly burned away. There were still five main supports left, but they looked as if they would be relatively easy to slice through, as well.
The walkway groaned slightly as the support was freed from its anchor on the southern wall.
Meanwhile, elsewhere...
Korath's sudden move has apparently caught the dark sider off-guard. He stepped back, regarding his own red blade with a healthy appreciation.
Korath could feel the power of the Force now, especially the maelstrom of disturbance that was the hooded figure in front of him.
"Don't do anything rash, now, Lorren," the harsh voice said evenly, as if talking to an unruly student. "It would be a mistake to contest my power. Put the saber down now, or suffer my displeasure." As he said this, he drew back slightly, and Korath could feel the Force flowing into the robed being, his unchecked malice burning with intent.
// Everyone else besides Korath and Mychal'el can go now! //
Edited by awayputurwpnThe blaster bolts glanced off the walker's strong armor, and it fired back at Chundarr, knocking him over and sending him over the edge of the walkway! He clung to the edge with one hand, hanging over the darkness below.

Edited by Matt SkywalkerGenerator not walker.????
// It'll be 80 + 10, owing to the previous critical hit inflicted by Jarash. This will result in the walker taking 4 system strain, since it has no defenses. Here's what happens: //
Maa't jumped onto town on the walker, slashing brutally downward with his lightsaber, and struck the electro-magnetic power generator. The module exploded with force, throwing Maa't clear and causing the walker to stumble as its magnetic connection to the walkway was cut off. It struggled momentarily to right itself.
Maa't will be thrown from the walker to land on the stairs to the west, the only part of the walkway system with handrails. From this vantage point he can see Mychal'el slashing at the supports to the walkway. He will also suffer as if from a short fall, so 10 damage (minus soak) + 10 strain (ignoring soak).

Jarash crouched behind a pipe as shots flew by and the jedi fought in the backround. Unconcerned, he pulls out a ration bar and takes a few bites, stuffing the rest back in his pocket before glancing back for an opening.

Vibro-brass-knuckes, so close enough...
Okay. She can either make an Average (2eC+2eS) Brawl combat check (you'll need a Triumph to be able to bash it in), or an Impossible Athletics check (5eD + a Destiny Point), to try and damage one of the legs.
Advantage on either of these checks can be given to Mychal'el in the form of Boost dice or even Ability upgrades, if you generate enough.
She can also spend a maneuver to assist Mychal'el with his lightsabering, giving him another Boost die.
