I wish I had talent like that! Or money to commission talent like that!
An action shot of our characters together would be so epic! I'm not holding my breath though.

@Richardbuxton , you know, given 6T6's history with the Rebellion, would it not make sense that he would have joined the Resistance?

Quite possibly, I don't know how extreme he would be in his defence of the new Republic. I need to develop a few NPC characters that he has been friends with over the years. I know where I want him to end up in some respects but I'm trying to figure out how he got there.
He started out a mechanic with the objective of repairing his chassis to its original condition, while meanwhile he was completely unaware of what original condition was. For that reason his second spec is cyberneticists as it Best represents a droid making improvements to itself. He has zero ranks in medicine to help represent his focus on himself and mechanical components
Once joining the rebellion he used his Braun and other peoples feeling of intimidation from him to help his teammates this is where in forcer once joining the rebellion he used his brawl and other peoples feeling of intimidation from him to help his cell, this is where Enforcer comes in.
His cell where experts at information gathering, both by buying and stealing. His developed Coercive nature usually put him in the middle of negotiations and slowly his complex processors developed a real understanding of the negotiating process, it wasn't long and he was assisting or even making the deals. This time also gave him a great understanding of how the underworld works. This is how he began to become a Skip Tracer.
After the war he went on in the underworld, turning his attention to tracking down bounties in return for access to high quality components for his chassis. Over time he was employed to also start tracking down knowledge lost in the purge.
Thets where he is right now, highly advanced components with a lot of experience maintaining itself as well as locating wanted items and people. In combat he has his own Rivet gun, a deflector shield built into one arm, and heavy plating to pummel those who get too close.
With Walk the Walk, Loom, Talk the Talk, Bought Info, Informant, Nobody's Fool, and Fearsome 2 he is rather good at finding things and getting them. With all of Mechanic and a good chunk of Cyberneticist he can fix almost anything (Mechanics 6, Intellect 4, tools for all occasions). Then archeologist gives him plenty to work on going forward.
Other than the story I also need to make a mountain of crafting checks for all the upgrades and gadgets, I just haven't had time to sit down at the books to do it.

Cool! Is your SWSheets page all good to go?
Sorry no, that is a direct copy of my notes on it though. It's the Crafting checks and detailing talents to go. I think any actual choices have been made as far as xp and credits.
i don't mind if the rest of you get going again and I'll slot in when it's appropriate.
@Princess Peekaboo hasn't updated her sheet either.
Can everyone have their sheets ready to go by Monday?

It looks brownish-grey-taupe on my screen. It's hard to tell the difference in moonlight. Not saying you should change it. But it looks like it could be brown.

Well you know, you can't fight the moonlight.
You can try to resist...

I wonder if anyone has rigged up a lightsaber blade model to be a light source, because his face ought to be well lit too.
That's deliberate. the Core of his blade is blue , not white. And the blade is the light source in that picture. I use a pure blue (0 red, 0 green 255 blue) Linear Pin Light around the blade with cast shadows turned off on the blade so that the blade won't case shadows.

Nope. his outer robe is charcoal grey.
Here's a photo of the "real" Korath, dating back from 2008:
Back then Jedi could have red blades.

I don't catch the reference, it sounds like a line from a song

Is there a rule about that somewhere?
Your FFG Avatar looks so much like you in that picture! Well done !
The full beard looks much better than the 1980s stubble on the CGI model imo.
This is what I see in my imagination when reading the IC:

Yep. The new canon has red blades exclusive to Dark Siders, specifically, being created by "bleeding" the crystal. As such all Dark Siders have red blades now, and only Dark Siders can have red blades.
As for the beard on the CG model, it's not '80s stubble. It's just going grey , just like my real beard. I was a lot younger in that photo. My beard has gone almost completely grey since then, particularly along the "chops". The length of the beard is the same.
As for the FFG avatar. I had a hard time finding a picture that matched Korath (me), this was the closest I could find.

I meant the beard looks really short in the GGI version
I can't unsee Eddard Stark as Korath

Nope. it's the same length as my real one. The only difference between the old photo and the CG model is the grey. And I do wear my beard closely cropped except in winter.
Edited by Tramp GraphicsMaybe it's the uncanny valley effect of the CGI that's throwing me off.
I also have a heavy preference for the art style of the FFG Eddard Stark painting.

What? Where were you in 2000?
It was a pop song sung by LeAnn Rimes, from the film Coyote Ugly. It was in the top 20 for a long while.

In a crazy tough time in my life that I previously said that I couldn't handle again, but now knowing that it started a chain of events that lead me to meeting the woman who is now my wife and has given me a son... I'd willingly go through it all over again. But at the time I wasn't listening to the radio.

I shouldn't have blamed it on the moonlight
