Well, I can recover up to 3 wounds a scene without any stim packs, on a good roll...

I see what you did there...

I'll leave this here for posterity. Shepard is introduced to "Jessie" in the first scene :) best DLC I ever bought, IMO.

Dad jokes... I'm only allowed 3 a day. If I grow a mustache I get 4, but my wife will throw up in her mouth if she looks at my face.

@Mychal'el 's character is approved , aside from the shuttle (which is still pending)— provided that you are comfortable with the long list of talents and powers that you have, Mychal'el. Remember my caveat that players must understand what everything on their character sheet does :)

I don't think I will ever fully understand or be truly comfortable with any talent or power until I see it actually being used in the game. The books get way too technical for me. When I try to read them my eyes glaze over and I start snoring. I am incredibly appreciative to those who can translate it into terms I can understand. I also really appreciate all the resources people have made online, which should be a cue to the developers that there is a huge demand that they can easily exploit. They would be really smart to make official Oggdude style apps. The overhead would be so much cheaper than printing & shipping books, and more people would probably want to play. But maybe some people like that it's expensive and intimidating, so that it will weed out the more casual gamers like me.

Problem is, they'd have to go through EA to do it.

Hey, Rakaydos, that image you're using on your sheet, is that actually what Jarash looks like, or just a placeholder? The written description and the picture don't seem to line up, if you know what I mean.

Actually, that's not 100% true , It depends upon the systems being added. Fir example, you can have multiple weapons of the same type attached to a ship as independent weapon systems; just as a capital ship can have multiple weapon batteries, each of the same type, but assigned to different arcs , e ach of which is a different weapon system . I vetted this through more than one person. There are six independent weapon systems on a YZ-900: a Dorsal heavy twin last canon system, a ventral heavy twin laser canon system, a part twin laser cannon system, a starboard twin laser canon system, a fore concussion missile system, and an aft concussion missile system. Each system fires independently . And a single gunner droid brain can only control a single weapon system at a time, even if it were connected to more than one. With six weapons systems, which often have to all fire within any given round, a single droid brain can't do that. And since the droid brains are designed to replace individual crew members, in order to potentially allow a single individual to operate a large vessel that typically requires a larger crew, it stands to reason that they can each be added to specific systems on a given ship.

Weapons technically aren't "attachments" even though the take hard points and regardless of "stands to reason" (which I agree with you on by the way) the devs have specifically ruled that having more than one gunnery droid brain is against RAW.

Hello <NAME>,

You asked:

Rules Question:
Before the gunner Droid brain it made sense that no ship could benefit from multiple copies of the same attachment. But if a ship had say 4 weapon systems I see a real reason and benefit for having one gunner Droid brain per weapon system. Is having a different gunner Droid brain for each weapon system allowed by the rules and or should it be if the rules were written to disallow serial-stacking of bonuses before a parallel use case (e.g. different Droid brains for different weapon systems) was conceived?
The one attachment rule still applies in this case.
Hope this helps!

The PC power gamer vibe of this thread is amazing!

I was supposed to be making characters to potentially join you guys, time has been incredibly short so it's probably not going to happen, I'll probably stalk all the same for the laughs ?

Nah, just trying to reign in the gear costs, and as Awayputurwpn put it, properly quantify what "within reason" means.

I was spending XP and found out that if I take Seer, Sage, Navigator, Hunter and finish Hermit I will have 10FR! Can i please have control of this Sando Aqua Monster? I won't try to take it off world. Should help save Korath and show off how strong in the force ToRuuk has become!

But I'm already thinking of a story of how it eats me and I take care of some parasites inside of it, calming the creature long enough for me to bond with it.

that's almost as bad as Mychal'el's Chadra Fan starting character wanting a full-grown Wampa with only an FR 1.

But at Force Rating 10 I can actually Bond with it.

Yeah, but I can't house it. We're already going to need to get an external container for that Aiwha. And then figure out some way to link it up to the ship. <_<

I said I wouldn't bring it with. We're leaving Kamino after we save you anyways right?

Yep. We still have others to find, wherever they are, then "discover" the "students". Korath is letting the Force guide him to where he needs to go ( Intuitive Navigation is a wonderful thing).

It's not as bad as having a million dollar solid gold ship and 3 of the best lightsaber crystals in the game...

In all seriousness, though. Based upon the Force Rating table from the original EotE beta (below), a FR 7 is considered " Legendary ". As in Yoda and Palpatine legendary.

@awayputurwpn already said to take care of your own character. Why hire him to GM and not listen to his advice?
