Nice Shadowlands fiction showing a near victory against the Crab. Bakemono, onikage, lost, ogres and Oni. and.. things. With tentacles. it warms one's black heart to see them at last, working together like a nice family. Nice also to see a Shadowlands aficionado like Kuni Yori doing research on their favorite subject. Definitely one to watch, as he is surely he is destined for greater things!

I like the introductions of the Mudcrows.

So very evocative... and rife with potential for promotions!

Notice the Mudcrows that did their task for money tried to use simple charms to protect themselves while those that did it because of punishment... well, they didn't mention any type of even a vain hope of preventing the taint for them.

Hopefully, when the Phoenix fiction comes out we'll get to see the finesse side of the taint.
