By verdantsf, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

I'm sorry to hear that, Phee. I have a small family, I can relate

My Old Republic Sith Empire intellegence agent:

Backgrounds are a bit out of my comfort zone, so i was lazy and put in a swtor screenshot for the background :P

Gonna change that sooner or later, tho

Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I shared any arts with you guys, so I thought I would post some!!! :P
I've got some new fake comic covers from our current adventures:

This was actually our original cast of PC characters. Look how young and sweet and alive they all are! *lol*

And last (but certainly never least) a little love from Darth Syren for all of you. ♥

That is all I have to say~

I love the togruta fangirl, and Pips is awesome as ever!

And young Syren makes me a little sad, seeing her so hopeful and happy :( ...

But grown up Syren makes me feel...something else >_< . And once again, even though I KNOW it's there, I missed seeing her cybernetic arm.

...DON'T JUDGE ME >_< !

And, again, I find myself a little bit devastated that these comic book covers are the only small glimpses I'll get into what seems to be an incredible gaming experience. As always, excellent art, wish I could give more likes!

kickgirl you should have a webcomic or something! Nice work!

Seconded.

Hahahaha! Funny you should say that. I actually do have a webcomic! But it's not Star Wars related. It's called Mystery Babylon and I've been working on it for over 6 years! (Jeez!)

I think it would be pretty amazing to draw some of our Star Wars RPG adventures in comic-form. Hard to find the extra time, but that's something I would looooove to do!

If I actually do end up drawing something, even if its only a few pages, I will totally post them here. Or a least a link!

(P.S. You guys are way too kind)

Well, that was an interesting couple of hours. Interesting concept.

And now I have another webcomic that I need to keep following.

EDIT: To get this thread back on-topic, does this mean that Darth Syren is virtual Kickgirl? ;)

I have artwork from my game that I want to share with you all, but I have no idea how to upload an image from my computer to the forums! Can anyone help? I'm running a Macbook.

Set up a Patreon? I'd probably pay an MMO subscription's worth a month to read that, and I'm sure others would. :P

Sign up for a dropbox account (or other free cloud storage of your choice). Upload your images. Link to them in a forum post and go from there.

I'm prone to constantly cleaning old documents from dropbox, so I upload my images to Photobucket .

You can Also sign up for a deviant art acount. That's where I post all of my work.

But, er, don't search my name there.

Especially don't do it at work :(

In my dreams, yes :)

Also Brad, that avatar is confusing me. Are we allowed another penguin?

She’s already got a Patreon for “Mystery Babylon”, which I am a member of. I also bought the electronic editions of the original kickgirl comic.

If she set one up for the “Darth Syren Story” or whatever, I would definitely join that, too.

But, er, don't search my name there.

Yeah, lots of NSFW stuff there. I happen to like it, but it’s definitely NSFW.

Oh, okay. I guess I can change it back….

Oh, it wasn't a complaint!

Penguins are good.

But there's also something aesthetically pleasing about your green orb...

I have something to contribute to this thread and I'm super happy about it.

It's the first drawing I've done since my teens (in my 20's now).

It's still a WIP but without further ado, I present Mirialan Jedi Master, Tiila Suroon.

She's an NPC that may or may not be dead. All my players know is that she was a Jedi Master during the Clone Wars. Her holocron is currently with a force sensitive PC, who wears the thing like a necklace everywhere she goes. So far, only one of the 5 groups has encountered anything about Tiila but that will change (my groups are in a shared universe, canon is canon but we basically just do our own thing because the PC's are the main characters of these stories).

That would make for one mighty big necklace. You do know that a Jedi holocron typically measures in at about 2"x2"x2" don't you? They're about the size of a standard human fist, just large enough to fit in the palm of a human hand. Some are even larger, but they don't really get any smaller.

I'm fully aware of the size and so is the player. It's intentionally visible and the character has a high brawn rating, so it wouldn't weigh her down much.

I need a dodecahedron shaped object but that would be a really neat gift for the player.

Look no further. This guy sells laser-cut terrain for miniature games like 40K and Infinity, and he happens to have a softball-sized d12 as a game aid. You can get it printed on plywood or acrylic, with custom designs on the faces. The price is pretty reasonable, I think.

I've considered getting one made with a SW:TOR-style design to represent a holocron. If you go that route, let me know how it turns out.
