Well, to be fair, the pictures really give the wrong idea (and that's totally understandable! ). They are to me what NSFW pictures of Leia or Rey are to Star Wars.

If anything, KickGirl's art of her games better represents what happens in-game with us.

While our game is certainly a darker take on the genre, I tried hard to preserve the themes and motifs of the original movies.

If you like gals with guns, here are some more... Kandria 'Corellia Red' Valouri in the middle with her creepy thousand-yard-stare. On the left is Tess Aurora, block-captain for a very ambitious Black Sun Vigo who happens to be Prince Xizor's niece. Aurora is a gunslinger who suffers from Quannot's Syndrome, which both makes her unafraid of death and prone to having destructive relationships. She is peculiarly loyal to her boss for more than just the perigen, which slows the spread of her terminal cancer somewhat. On the right is Elsen Dynes, 'Ms Dynes' to most, a Hired Gun who clawed her way out of the wastelands of the Lost Margins on Corellia, with an upbringing Mad Max might have envied. She rose to a good job in Xizor's service, until his skyhook came literally crashing down. It wasn't her fault, but she was blamed and is now deeply in debt to his family. Probably the most level-headed of the bunch, she is a tough gal in every way, who secretly dreams of the better life she will never have. Aurora models the 'Unfettered Trenchcoat', Kandria the 'Ventilated Scalene' and Elsen wears the 'Ambitious Warrior' outfit from Bioware's 'Knights of the Old Republic' MMO.

The characters are part of the darker of our two EoE groups, dealing with more classic underworld themes than the smuggler group, who are more like free-wheeling, good-natured scoundrels. The games involving the Krayt Fang crew feel more like 'Guardians of the Galaxy', while this group is more like 'Sin City'. Very noir, and not completely amoral like '100 Bullets' or something - there are distinct good guys and bad guys here... There are still heroes and villains, it's just harder to tell them apart...
