From FFG's website, they're not taking anymore lore writers, so you're gonna be waiting until the current lore writers are done with the other franchises before they even touch ShadoWar. I wouldn't expect a new ShadoWar bio/lore entry before at least February.
Honestly at this point we'd almost be better off doing our own fanstuffs than wait for FFG so long as it respects what's already there.
