Exactly. About time the Imps got a Jumpmaster.

Ok just kidding I just wanted to get an idea down. It's not perfect. I'm envisioning the ship to be amazing at low speed, because c'mon, it's a gunship.

It was more than force sensitive: it could use the force to make Sabine sleep.

I just thought it had really bad breath that knocked her out! :D

I like it, and I think your stat line is solid (might give it a few more hull as I'd imagine it's more armored than a Tie Bomber, but that could go either way, but I'm not sure it should have all those upgrade slots. Definitely not a system slot and only one crew slot. And the dial is absurd! And the name sucks! "Lothal Enforcer"? That's terrible. I would call it an "Imperial Security Gunship" with a generic pilot something like, "Security Agency Pilot" or "ISB Pilot" or "Security Taskforce Pilot". Nothing with an actual planet's name on it because they are used all over the galaxy.

Yup

Dunno where the heavy armor idea is coming from, it's really lightweight in every respect.

Where did this idea even come from? I keep hearing it and I just don't get it.

There was a panel at Celebration a year or so back where they hinted at Ashoka's 'journey' after the S2 Finale. It was all very vague, clearly more symbolic than literal, but one particular piece of art had a border with wolves running around it, so people have been making links between Ashoka and wolves ever since. Filoni's been wanting to put wolves into Star Wars for ages, since he loves them. I think at one point in TCW they were going to have some giant wolves, but it never materialised.

Final image at about 2:30 is the one.

Worth noting this is an old video and also Alex has been asked about Ahsoka and wolves on multiple occasions since and he's said he doesn't think Ahsoka is literally a wolf

Are you kidding with that dial, right?

(heck, the whole ship is OP, but that dial is insane for a ship that should have a dial like the Lambda)

Didn't we see her walking away at the end of the 2nd season? How there are any doubts that she is alive?

Yup

It's called Patrol Transport in canon. We can probably call it Imperial Patrol Transport, so it has a cooler name.

Of course I'm kidding :P

This is true, but that doesn't mean it's a good name. :)

I still say it needs the two crew slots for imperial commandos (imps version of Wookiee commandos) but in such a way that the ship doesn’t end up as a cheap palp carrier. Maybe as part of a title? (Could you imagine palps in a ship for 26 points? Hello 4 ship imps)

Yeah, it shouldn't be able to carry Palpatine. Also I think it should be a hybrid Imperial Wookie Gunship and sn Imperial Bwing. The Empire doesn't have a cheap cannon carrier. I know the Imperial Patrol Transport has a turret not a cannon, we just got the Aggressor. A cheap cannon carrier could be cool. Like a bwing or Syck. Also it should have a 3 attack but only 1 defense the more I think about it. Maybe 5-8 Hull, with no shields.

Cheap cannon? Nu XG-1?

It has a rear facing cannon. Adding a rear arc to a 180 arc is almost 360, which is why I added the turret slot.

Yeah, but the Gunboat is shielded and has slam shenanigans. It's a totally different ship than a typical cheap cannon carrier, like a scyk.

I thought it literally had a ball turret on the cg model like the tank transport does?

So it can have a second slot

That’s the dial after Sabine steals one.

Was anyone else underwhelmed by Rukh’s return? He looks cool in animated form. He even sounds cool. But, he’s not half the BA he was in the Thrawn trilogy. Don’t get me wrong, I still want an assassin Rukh crew card. I’ll most likely whip one up on Strange Eons and return him to his former glory. Gonna have to get a Warwick Davis signed photo as well - just because, well, it’s Rukh voiced by Warwick frickin’ Davis. Anyway, hopefully Rukh makes some more appearances and gets somewhat redeemed from that “meh” showing. I was pretty amped for his reintroduction to canon but they’re gonna have to do better than that if they want to appease the Thrawn trilogy crowd.

Ohhhh. Thanks for enlightening me, because man even with that those are some mental gymnastics to think Ahsoka could end up as a space wolf somehow.

Also on a different note, these have been in several episodes already this season and are in the background for the new Victor Hel card from Guns for Hire. How long till they are in Xwing Miniatures?

Whenever we get the snow speeder for Rebels. Those ships are in-atmo only. Forgot they exited a Star Destroyer in space this season. Nevermind, carry on with the rampant speculation.

IMO I think we'll see those Imperial Gunships, as Governor Pryce called them, in Star Wars Legion before we see them in X-Wing.

they are actually reuses of the Clone Wars Police Gunship model. it got renamed to the Imperial Patrol Transport . basically, it fills a similar role as the LAAT/i did, the moving of infantry units around on a world, or between ship and a world, and to a lesser degree air support of said infantry. It doesn't have a turret, just those forward guns (which have some side to side and up/down traverse .. not enough to change the arcs though.) the guns actually seem to be some sort of heavy weapon (the ones first seen on Lothal appeared to fire missiles, but on closer look, these are actually some kind of cannon blasts), so a Cannon slot might be viable.. though like the HWK, it shouldn't have more than maybe 1 red dice. (and that is being generous)

Liked Ruhk(didn't like his voice, was hard to hear). Liked the baby World Devastator. And you guys are terrible and designing a reasonable gunship.

FINALLY!

I mean, sure - teasing it just one more time was kinda funny, but when Kanan started stumbling over his words, Hera just made the move and kissed him. Then she gives him a "May the force be with you" and takes off... taking care to murder an entire hangar bay full of Imperial pilots and flight crew when she makes her hyperspace jump.

Space mom is absolutely the best character on the show.
