most of the time when you see scheduling like that, it is the network trying to kill a show by putting it into a timeslot where its ratings will suck.

Well, in this case they wouldn't need to considering it was announced to be the last season.

EDIT https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DuckTales_(2017_TV_series) <- looks like their new Ducktales have a similar schedule.

I wished FFG would make some more X-Wing miniatures from the show. Like the Imperial Light Crusier, Hammerhead Corvette, and Nebulon-B Frigate Hammerhead_corvette.png.eab84ad8737412d521843f6882ed6989.png NBfrigate.JPG.4794c6432b5e77c95d03310b1f1a017f.JPG swm25_preview_7.jpg.dddaa7d9d67ad924d028567910116f54.jpg RebelCapitolShip_concept_1.thumb.jpg.8c675265ec86a250e4e2c589e41913e3.jpg

Ok, 400 bucks later you can have a super huge ship that won't fit on the standard playmat. The Hammerhead is the only one that's actually the same size as the other existing Huge ships.

theres also a little game called Armada that has all those ships.

Is this too big?

It does look scaled down based on this shot from ESB:

While not a deal breaker for me, it does bring into question what the limits of rescaling FFG is willing to do.

Armadas fun and all, but at the same time it doesn't have quite the feel.

And I'd totally be down for a slightly scaled argh kittens in epic.

Literally all of those ships are in Armada. If you want to play with capital ships you shouldn't be playing a dogfighting game?

I have no interest in seeing them release anything the size of a Nebulon-B, Pelta or Arquitens. Leave ships of that size for Armada.

Hammerhead would be okay. But we should get a 2nd Scum epic first.

What would the Hammerhead actually add to the game that the Tantive doesn't?

Here is my only confusion as to the story of this season. How are they going to liberate Mandalore and Lothal from the Empire without the Empire just coming in and slagging the surface clean? The Rebel fleet can't hold territory because its already been confirmed that Scarif is the Rebellion's first victory.

Ramming capabilities? Sub-Light Thrusters?

Okay then about Ryhmer ball , there's fighters in X-wing, if you wanted to play with fighters you shouldn't be playing a capital ship based game? /s

Plus 2-d rock is nice, 3-D rock is cool, and C-ROC is epic! ( terrain ftw)

Armada is the answer to your capital ship craving.

And Rebellion is the answer to MY galactic-scale war craving!

Yes, too big for me, my wife would never understand. And my back hurts already just thinking about all the stretching, reaching and bending over.

but it's AWESOME. It is that.

Maybe that's the point? You have a "yay! We won!" moment, then the Empire comes in and wipes that away.

Of course, if anybody is gonna push out the Empire and keep it out, it's the Mandalorians.

That'd be interesting.

In a ground war for sure but with no fleet they wouldn't last long in a fortified position. You don't need troops on the ground when you can just park a dozen, three dozen ISDs in orbit for a week and devastate the surface.

What I think might be super cool is if they take Kate Traviss's mando culture of nomads and put it here. The mandolorians are shattered and scattered.

Or they know that most people today either DVR shows to watch on their schedule or watch them online via streaming services.

This might be one of the most hilarious and still applicable auto corrects I've seen for X-Wing. Both Argh Kittens and the Arquitens would be great for epic. Kitten eats your Captain Nym, welp, that's it. :P

Autocorrect nothing, that's the memetic to remember what the imperial light cruiser's name is. "it's the arg kittens, except with a Q, so arquitens."

It's obviosuly autocorrect, it should be spelled "ARGHkittens!" with an exclamation mark.

About the ending, I expect Lothal to FINALLY get Base Delta Zeroed, it's long overdue. Not sure what will happen to Mandalore but I don't expect a happy ending either. Maybe the warriors will be forced to abandon Mandalore, like the Death Watch (it's like pottery).

I think you mean poetry, since if you meant pottery I'm just imagining a mandalorian in armor sitting their making some 'warrior' bowels.

The aforementioned ramming, but mainly just more variety in Epic ships.

Not to mention some vague KotOR nostalgia.

From the looks of it, they're not going to succeed. I mean, we don't really see any Mandalorians fighting for the Rebellion in the Original Trilogy, and the trailer seemed to show the Mandalorians getting fried pretty badly. Lothal also looked to be worse off in the trailer. It's entirely possible that they don't succeed in liberating these planets. But perhaps they succeed in at least taking down the TIE Defender factory on Lothal.
