Well, it is canon right now...
Bitter sweet: it was canonized as a ship "utilized by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War."
But I want to see all of her glory in a movie or cartoon. And Imperial.

The Alliance used Lambda shuttles and TIE Fighters too.
Trust me, the guys writing these things are fully aware of the source material's origins and intent. We got the Interdictor Star Destroyer perfectly represented, after all.

Sooooo,
Ahsoka is dead by the time of Rise of Skywalker.
She is one of the voices of "Jedis gone", shown in the end titles of TRoS.
Which is a bit strange, because she is not a Jedi in Rebels. Bridger is not in the end titles, but Kanan. So, one wonders what happens on her and Sabine's search for Ezra.

We might see a shift in her stance in the ongoing post-Rebels story. It’s also interesting that we see what is likely the Ghost, but no indication who’s on board. That gives a lot of flexibility for how that story will shake out. Lots of potential.

We don't actually know what happened or if she's actually dead. Could be some other type of force projection, though everyone else being dead here certainly implies something. She would be fairly old at this time so it wouldn't be unheard of, even just from natural reasons.

Rumor that a sequel series for Rebels is coming later in 2020. No idea how accurate their predictions have been before.
As badly as this is something I want, I have doubts that Filoni wouldn't be overseeing this directly. Then again, if he's overseeing several different shows in production then it might make sense.
I wonder if this might have something to do with Katee Sackhoff saying Disney is paying her bills back in November.
They also said there might be a Dr Aphra show, which I'd love but I don't really expect.
