Ezra = Supreme Leader Snoke?
Just sayin... e possible .
Ezra = Supreme Leader Snoke?
Just sayin... e possible .
Only possible if Disney bold-faced lied to us when they teased that snoke was like 1000 years old.
I think this goes well with that last minute of scene (montage) being narrated with the soundtrack.
(Have Asoka's voice narrate it)
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Dylan Thomas, 1914 - 1953
WHERE IS REBELS RECON ZOMG it's like 20 minutes after!!!!!
Andi is currently busy taking in the reactions on twitter.
That final montage was amazing. Really solid second season for this show. It's miles ahead of where Clone Wars was at the same point, and if it shows the same increase in quality that that show did as it went on, boy are we in for something.
So that weird bird wasn't just some random close-up last week. We saw it again here. Wonder what the significance is.

I guess I will just have to see it tommorow, going to bed now... it's been a long day.
I'm conflicted on the episode
On one hand all that poetry
On the other hand THE SPINNING
I really want to see the kiddy complaints after this episode.
My inner child loved the helicopters, then told my adult side to deal with it because awesome.

Much like with the first season, it
lead to one death. Very fitting.
So wait
Ashoka Tano Lives?

Exactly. My goodness I almost had to fast forward every time I saw the Helicopter lightsabers. So. Awful.
So guys....
Season 3 speculation?

Pain.

Season 3 speculation?
The Ghost will be in it. (If possible if we could hold off for a little while longer before starting the speculating, west coast is only halfway through the finale by this point, and the poor souls like myself who missed it don't have an online component to watch it from...yet.)
Edit: West coast should be done... speculate away?
Edited by FlyingAnchorsIncredible episode. It will be better after some brain bleach to remove the helicopters, but that is really the worst of it.
So... Treya? Was that Treya in the Holicron?
I liked the sense that a terrible weapon was used to and that battle. Less catastrophic than in the games, but cool and gave us a sense of historic Jedi/Sith battles. I actually really like the idea of the cross guard design being tied to ancient Jedi like that.
Ahsoka....
Honestly, that should be it. Her surviving would cheapen that incredible culmination of fate. Once again, Rebels has brought us a truly terrifying Vader, and gave us a character to pity and hate and care about really more than ever. The mask was an incredible touch, particularly when they used it to blend the two voice actors, as were little things like how easily Ahsoka could keep up on speed, but how even using both her arms she was being physically overpowered. I can't say enough how incredible Vader is in this series, and when he appears on his TIE the sense of consequence was simply crushing.
I hope that's it, because anything else feels as cheap as Maul, who, despite my annoyance with, really did great things for the episode. I'm amazed at just how much the episode made me wonder if his inevitable betrayal might not be this day. His banter with Ezra was terrific, though it was a bit annoying that he served as executioner to keep the main cast's hands clean. Kannan paying the price for Ezra's nativity was well earned and the hug with Hera was another terrific moment.
And then there's Ezra, who uses the pain of all he's lost to open the Holicron and provide us with so much potential for season 3. Will we see Treya? Are we going to actually learn of Revan? Simply fantastic. Anxious for more.
What does Maul call Tano? He says, "2 Jedi and a (something)"

I believe it was "two Jedi and a part-timer" if i heard it correctly.
