OK just adding fuel to the fire why can i order a model from China the Ukraine or Russia and Japan and get it here in around two weeks... why cant we have that option of ordering it direct? would be willing to pay slightly more for shipping to ovoid "The Boat"..lol also sometimes when ordering from overseas i actually save some in shipping as some places its dirt cheap. the Ukraine used to be that way... and some places have free shipping and even when its not shipped via air I still get stuff pretty quick as in a month or so... I basically order 1/72 scale models from all over the world via Ebay usually or occasional direct if i have done business with the company but ONLY via paypal!!

Well after he bought FFGs stock of Rebel Aces I think his wife left him muttering something about him being a boy trapped in a man's body

Look lets be honest FFG more than likely sold most everything they had at Gen Con, we haven't been waiting for the boat this whole time we've been waiting on a re-print and then shipping it over to the US.

I'm a bit miffed myself living in Australia probably means waiting another 2 weeks ontop of what the US has to wait for it to get to distributors here and then from there out by road transport (this is a big country) to my LFGS, so maybe i'll get to see it sometime in october...or early december who knows!.

If you are correct i will eat my words....i will probably squeel with joy, and then realise it's another 3 weeks till i can get them anyway.

My brother works at an Amazon distribution facility. He said that over the past week he has seen the YT-2400 and the VT-49 on the shelves in the warehouse. This leads me to believe that they will officially be on sale/on shelves the last week of September.

Rebel aces have arrived even in the remote Philippines just waiting for ffg to redhead them to be sold!

So it says on the boat, but my local game store says they have some in stock. They cannot sell them, but they have them. I hope they are not liying. I would hate to break in tonight and find out there is nothing there.

I should have I made this prediction with the caveat that 10 days later they would be on the shelf. They aren't updating them for some reason.

Because they're probably using their manpower to unload/pick/pack/ship orders to their resellers/distributors as fast as they can (and you know, generate actual revenue) instead of updating the dozens/hundreds/thousands of items on their Upcoming page.

Funny how a manufacturer would like to get product out to their fans, instead of updating a page to tell the fans when it may be there.

Apologies for what them releasing it 2 days before their deadline is up and they have to officially announce it was going to be delayed?

If your given a deadline at shcool or work or your mum do you think anyone would be happy if 10 minutes before the time you were given was about to run out you get the job done? if i was your boss/teacher/parent then i can tell you i wouldn't.

FFG just need to admit if there has been a delay in production or whatever give us an updated and not so broad release dates people would be more inclined to give them some leeway.
