One of the novels has an active lightsabre just sitting on display.

What about a droid museum. Maybe the players get backed into a corner and have the option to find a way to power an old droid.

Museums where there are things on display that are either still active, potentially unintentional, or else with a little work the players can get something running again. Maybe they were sent in to steal X, ran into trouble, and used Y to get out. Or they were chased on the street and ducked inside, or there speeder gets shot down and they crash through the skylight.

Crashed ship now used as a house

Library

Pet store (now with vicious attack nexus)

Underground Gizka fights (Gizka are small frog like creatures. Very friendly. Could be considered the star wars chicken. High breeding rate.)

Storage facility that has Rebel meets once a week
