On page 89, under the heading "Special Ability" is the sentence "choose one of the following" missing? Or is it intended that the Techmarine has both abilities, "Improve Cover" and "Blessed by the Omnissiah"? It seems like it's meant to to imply both abilities, but I would like to be sure.
