One final big questios about rebels.
With it's current point costs, how does it stack against the other OT factions: empire and scum? Are they balanced against each other? Do Rebels are still handicapped, as it was somewhat general consensus a few months ago?

You can do the same thing with the Barons of the Empire. The BoE need to go up, and the A-wings need to go down a touch more.
