Thanks for the ShrimpBot tutorial but I can't get it to work. I think my issue is that I am new to Discord and need instructions on how to get into the Armada server and even get access to ShrimpBot. The steps after that seem pretty straight forward. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Before we proceed with pairings, I'd like to do some statistics:

Total players: 57

• EURO: 22
• US: 35

Over 50!? Impressive!

Factions:

• Republic: 24
• Separatist: 33

This is actually kind of funny, because early on the entries were HEAVILY skewed towards Republic.

Commanders:

• Republic: Only 3 have taken Obi (myself included), the remaining 21 went for Bail (you got banned Bail, but now you're back with a vengeance).
• Separatists: Relatively even, Kraken 14 vs Dooku 19. A bit surprised that RAID of all things is so popular. Exited!

Objectives:

• Assault: Surprise Attack is by far the most popular, which is heavily biased by Dooku. Early on, before the flood of Seppie lists came in, MW was still the most popular red. Now MW is a very distant 2nd place.
• Defense: CO still on top (I swear, I will puke if I have to play this). Followed by Asteroid Tactics and the Ion Cannon (both good, despite no scoring).
• Navigation: Solar Corona on top? A bit surprising. Closely followed by Superior Positions and Infested Fields (neither surprising).

So basically there are still only a few universally good objectives, another few niche good, the rest not up there. AMG might want to look at this.

Because of the unexpectedly large number of players, I'm expanding the cut to top 16, rather than top 8.

Bc the NA group is much larger, it gets a few extra seats:

• EURO: top 5 advances to the top 16.
• US: top 7 advances to the top 16.

I'm also introducing some wildcards:

• The player from each group with the highest MoV in a SINGLE GAME advances to the top 16.
• A RANDOM player (who didn't otherwise qualify and who has played all 3 games) from each group advances to the top 16.

That's a total for 16 seats, and some extra incentives for everyone to player their games through to the end.

More fun for everyone!

Everyone should now IMMEDIATELY contact their opponent and schedule their games ASAP.

What a relief for German players that he moved to the US. Now we can start to win tournaments here again 😉
