When playing Bombing Run, can I assign a claimed objective token to a unit with incognito? If I do so, does it lose incognito? Or, does it only lose incognito when it drops the objective token?

from the official rulings (top of the Rules forum):

Question 1: How do units with the Incognito keyword interact with certain objective cards? When playing Bombing Run, can they be assigned objective tokens during deployment?

Answer: Since a unit with Incognito does not count as a unit leader for the purposes of objective cards, they cannot be assigned objective tokens during Setup when playing with Bombing Run. If the unit subsequently loses the effects of Incognito during the game, it can interact with the objective tokens as normal.

Question 2: Can they earn victory tokens when playing Intercept the Transmissions, Payload, Key Positions, and Breakthrough?

Answer: Units with the Incognito keyword can earn victory tokens from these objective cards only if they have lost the effects of the Incognito keyword.
