Hi folks, if I'm using one of the two sniper options for ARC troopers, can I spend an aim from a different Clone Trooper unit to trigger lethal?

Yes, as clone troopers can spend other clones' aim tokens and the trigger for Lethal is just spending an aim token then you can do that.
