Hi all,

I have a problem with a recent FFG Arkham Horror LCG purchase and I have tried in vain to contact Customer Service.

I sent of the original email and got the automatic reply. After one week I replied to the automatic email asking if anyone is looking into my problem.

It has been nearly 2 weeks now and still no sign of life from the customer service.

I live in Europe. Is the only way to get someone's attention is to phone?

Is this delay normal for customer service?

Hi, I am assuming you were wanting a replacement for a missing or broken component?

did you log a request at http://parts.asmodeena.com/partsrequests/

At the same site you should be able to check the status of the request by using your email and reference number that they sent you.

If you attempted to email FFG they will likely not respond
