@RuusMarev , what's RO-0K doing right now?
Tales from the Fringe Anthology OOC
sorry, It's watching in disbelief... @tank0625 , all in good fun
@tank0625 , Average Athletics with a Setback, please.
If Raxle can duck into an alley or something, RO-0K will pass by the police and comment on how odd that giant Sullustian down the street looked..

Can I use Coordination instead?

No, as this is pretty much just a test of straight-line speed. Future elements of the chase might require different skills.

Chase
:
1eP+2eA+2eD+1eS
2 failures, 2 advantage
Neither of you get very far, but you get tangled up with someone (narrative explanation of 2 Advantage for a Setback to your next chase check).
One of them trips and goes sprawling, but you are distracted looking over your shoulder and run into someone who tries to restrain you. Please go ahead and narrate IC, then same roll again with an additional Setback.
Chase
:
1eP+2eA+2eD+1eS
2 successes, 1 threat
With the Advantage, you can pass a Boost to your next check. With the Threat, the minion group of officers suffers 1 Strain.
They gain one range band on you, getting to Short range.
For the next check, you have a choice: Easy Discipline, upgraded once, to cross the street in traffic, or turn the corner and keep running (Average Athletics). Both checks have a Boost from your Advantage.
The difficulty is upgraded once, so you need to replace the Difficulty die with a Challenge die.
Protocol (for my games. This isn't a RAW protocol as RAW doesn't have a protocol) in the case of a forgotten die or misrolled die is to keep the original roll and simply add/replace as necessary with a second "fix" roll. I'll accept it this time, but this is for future reference.
Just roll a single Challenge die.
Chase
:
1eP+2eA+1eC
4 successes, 2 threat
They gain on you again, they're right on your heels. With the Threat, it'll add a Setback to their next chase check. Go ahead and narrate IC. You were delayed waiting for traffic to part, and that gave them the edge they needed to catch up.
If they win the next chase check, they'll get to try and tackle you.
(I'll tell you what the next check will be soon, I've got to go for now)
Copy can I use the 1 advantage for a booster and the other 1 for a setbackon the cops?

Setback to opponents is 2 Advantage, Boost to self is 1 Advantage. So it'd be an either-or proposition.
If you go with Boost, I'll throw in another option for the chase check for the remaining Advantage.
@RuusMarev , I'll give RO-0K/Bestin a chance to interfere before the next chase check. Anything you would like to do?
Alternatively, perhaps RO-0K should work on lawyer credentials and bail money.
Just now, tank0625 said:I will go with a booster for me.
It wasn't time to roll yet, I haven't given you the options. We'll wait on Ruus before I finalize them so that RO-0K gets an opportunity to influence the circumstances.
Copy sorry.
Is there a way for Bestin and Rook to intercept the officers and get Raxle some escape wiggle room?

How do you intend to go about doing this?
well... maybe Raxle running towards us, maybe using Bestin's massive body to shield the view of the officers, (shapeshift/hide?) so when the officers come into view, we can comment on how rude that remarkably large sullustian was and point the officers in the direction of the fugitive. I assume Rook and Bestin should be around a corner to provide enough cover..

They're too close for that, they're right on his heels.
