So I have a pet theory that Biggs has been feeding us fake information via infiltrated intelligence, which is why he’s been “role blocked” 3 nights in a row. But I’m not sure I’m convinced by it, since I’m not sure how much infiltrating scum can do, and that first day he appeared twice, and if intel is true it clears him entirely.

I’m also wondering if we should be looking at players who havent cropped up in any intel claims. I dont think I’ve seen forty or cals name mentioned on any of the intel reports? But I’m not 100% on that. Does anyone remember seeing them?

I am very suspicious of Ebon, his claim seems very much like he's lying about half of it to make the rest plausible.

However Cal is also a good target, since he seems very sketchy, as others have said. For now, I am going to

Yeah, sorry. It was where you said you got a PM saying you were scum.

It struck me that you might actually have gotten such a PM, but that it WAS from the Mod and you actually are scum. So you would know what to say, but lied about the GM response (saying it was from a player). Maybe the whole 'Kill Bertie' thing was mentioned because of Pod having said that scum said that, or perhaps even to protect him.

I mean, if the GM can just be asked "is this legit?", what is the point of infiltration? Why not just ask that of every piece of intel? And maybe the recruitment was legit but the accompanying message was from a player, meaning that you were telling the truth completely, except in that you have been turned.

I can't help but feel that if somebody says 'I got a PM saying I'm anti-town but don't worry, I disregarded it', something very fishy is going on. I would prefer to lynch the person and test it. It is a perfect example of hiding in plain sight otherwise. If I said had said it, I am sure that you would want to lynch me.

Unfortunately, if it's true and we lynch Ebon, then we won't catch the original scum.

If 2 is correct, due to biggs being roleblocked I'd say Mad/Gnips is the lone traitor, as due to the recuit message saying kill Bertie, I think he is town

So again while I had that message 2 days ago, my intel last night was back to normal and is what I posted day start, why if I were recruited would I have normal info and no scum info? Because I'm still town

either way happy to take the lynch to prove this and if I flop town you know you're dealing with 1 anti-town max imo, if I'm wrong I'm still helping the Rebels

Interesting that Ebon seems so happy to be hung here. Maybe because he's just a guppy and someone else is the big fish.

Or it's because he's town and he's willing to sacrifice for the cause. If he is town, then I am NOT trusting Intel next day (if there is a next day).

Your EOD stalling (or at least it looks like stalling to me) is one thing that makes me suspicious of you.

that is fair enough, and honestly in your shoes I'd probably be thinking the same..

I will say on the bold, it was asking weather the message about my role changing was from the Mod, I got No. I guess some people may not ask the question?

Yeah mine was...strange too. It was more of a question/accusation than actual intel.

For what it's worth I still think Bertie or Ebon are scum. Either that or my intel from a few nights ago was false.

I want to vote for Ebon. I wanted to vote him yesterday, but there weren't enough votes. Today though, he is my main suspect.

My Intel essentially told me that my Intel is incorrect. Which is a very paradoxical statement.

I'm wondering if voting for Ebon is actually a bad idea. If he was recruited to scum already, we'd have already lost. Three scum vs. three town, scum wins. (Unless this game is an unusual exception.)

On the other hand, if he's a traitor, then voting him off might merely trigger his traitor ability and he'll join scum. This may explain why he seemed so eager for people to vote for him.
