De Agostini Millenium Falcon its pretty near to the scale. I brought the first modules and built the cockpit. 28mm minis fits fine in the seats of such an amazing model.

As absolutely awesome as this is, the $1500 price point is probably pretty cost-prohibitive for a lot of players. I bookmarked it though. Maybe someday..

New candidate for the list, the Revell Snap Tite Obi-Wan Jedi Starfighter.

It's a bit longer than a true Legion-scale fighter should be, and the astromech is a big fatter, but as a terrain piece, it looks fine on the table. Mine didn't come with landing gear, but if you get a complete version, it will.

In my opinion it looks really nice!!!!

Luckily I own that firespray :):):):):):):):) , I will surely paint it like this.

Well, I can confirm that the Hasbro Republic Attack Shuttle, aka, the Nu-Class Assault Shuttle, is to scale for Legion. My math of it's stated length of 18.9m puts it at just over 16" long in Legion scale, and the Hasbro toy is.... just over 16" long. Downside is that it is really, really big. Probably too big for a lot of tables, and maybe too big to fit with my Republic outpost. We'll see.

It looks good with the Minis, but needs some weathering and touch ups so it doesn't look quite so plastic-y.

Have you seen what those go for on the web?

I have. Honestly, it would be easier and cheaper to design and print a crashed 3D version. Suggesting to crash it was intended to be humorous. It is remarkable how expensive these type of toys are.

Haha... no. My wallet cried a bit when reading that, and I actually got a halfway fair deal on this.

Honestly, I think a decent crashed version of this would actually take up even more space, because the wings would be sticking out, or scattered rather than pointing up like they are now.

I thought the wings (partially stuck in the ground) would make a good line of sight blocking wall, or laid flatter with a crack in them could be rough or raised terrain. As I said earlier though, that comment was intended as sarcasm.

Sorry guys I been out of the loop for a bit! Thanks for these suggestions, gonna update with all this Clone Wars goodness~

Also FYI gonna lock down the file from comments 'cause some folks were so upset by the travesty of a sliding scale, that they decided to vandalize the page with suggestions!

Looks perfect! You got measurements for this?

Perfect!

Got measurements and the exact model by any chance?

Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ^_^

Looking forward to contributing to the community! And to start, I would like to share some pics of Hasbro Octuptarra Droid. It looks pretty much the exact size it is supposed to be and as shown in CW TV series and RoTS.

Wow! Is this an old product, or a new one?

Either way, it looks great with the Legion minis!

Good day,

It is an old Hasbro toy (exclusive to Walmart, if I recall correctly). But you can still find some on Ebay. Can't say they are cheap though.

It's quite enormous on its own, but looks just the right size for Legion. I had to repaint it completely and give it a new weapon since the standard version looked too much like a toy and less like a model. And in my opinion it looks much better now. Just like those seen during Battle of Christhopsis. :)

Good day again, ladies and gentlemen!

Earlier in the thread we have already discussed the AMT Corporate Alliance Droid (the word "Tank" is dropped for some reason). I have managed to acquire one and have painted it. I can confirm that it fits SW:L perfectly in terms of scale.

As you know in RotS and in Clone Wars series the tank looks a bit different. Not to mention Lego set , Battlefront and Battlegrounds versions. Mine is a combination of CW and Lego set.

Looks a tiny bit small but my memory may be faulty. I actually thought this would be the next separatist heavy.

Well, as far as I understand the size of it varies between movie, show, LEGO sets and games. I would agree that it is a wee bit smaller than I imagined it to be, but unless you are absolutely keen on having everything perfect scale-wise, it is still suitable.

My guess is that the next CIS vehicle wold be either Homing Spider droid, or Dwarf Spider Droid(s?). The latter being more probable, IMO. Hopefully as a pack of two. ^_^

Nah, I don't care about the scale , I just saw the Bad Batch episode and they made it look humongous there.

I would love a Dwarf Spider Droid and some Probe Droid counterparts for the Imperials

Anakins jedi starfighter from ep 3, the ETA 2. There is one for obi-wan as well. Revell level 3 kit model numbers 03606 and 03607

It wont let me upload a picture (file too big) but the ETA 2 is 102mm long and 87mm wide. About 4 x 3.5 inches for you americans ;)

The astromech in it is slightly smaller diameter than R2D2 in legion.

Thinking maybe cut the wings to the folded position so that it is landed or bury it in to the earth for a crashed version.

Hello,

I think I've found a new vehicle in legion scale, has anyone had a look at this Hailfire droid yet? I saw it on eBay and I've ordered it, so I'll be able to share it's scale soon if needed. It's described as 30mm and legion compatible. Hope this helps!s-l400.jpg

Edit: I've also ordered the episode 1 trade federation droid fighter 3-pack, so I can give more info on those too if needed

I feel like you can definitely "hide" the scale for terrain pieces, covering up the cockpit or destroying half a ship in some cases.

Hello the internet!

Not sure what the procedure is for pitching in to the wonderful GDoc by @CaptainRocket so I'll leave my two euro-cents here.

I've recently acquired three models well scaled for Star Wars: Legion use. They all come from DeAgostini's Star Wars Starships & Vehicles Collection. The series is composed of a variety of crafts, both OT and prequels era, and nowadays both New Canon and Legends as well. Throughout 80 issues it has delivered things as small as speeder bikes, as huge as the Death Star, as recognisable as the Falcon and as obscure as the Hardcell-Transport and... an Ewok glider..?

Anyhow - the common denominator for the series is that all of the models are A) well done in metal cast and come pre-painted; B) are scaled to fit a roughly 20x10x10 cm box. With this measurement pinned-down in place, at least some of the models had to had roughly the scale we're looking for here, right?

Right! Only the first 60 issues have been released on my domestic market. Out of those, using this handy summary chart I've found three Clone Wars era pieces that should fit well enough on the table.

GAR BARC Speeder, GAR AT-RT & CIS Tri-Fighter droid.

Two of those are already a unit in the game so it's not a big fuss to have some, right? Well, getting some second-hand for ~5€ each and being able to scatter them around the battlefield with no pre-assembly and with minimum painting is nothing to frown upon however!

The BARC Speeder is roughly 1.5 cm shorter than what we've got in the game but at the same time it is faithful to the source material (whereas the FFG "interpretation" must have been adapted for the ease of manufacturing and / or assembly?) so side by side they've got the nice "BARC/s and BARC/c" kind of a vibe, as if the two variations were manufactured to fit different roles on the battlefield.

The AT-RT is only now hitting the shelves (at least the Republic version I'm interested in) so I haven't put them side by side yet, but judging by the spare BARC rider I've put on top of the collectible, this is a very good fit. An AT-RT just standing there, begging to be used in combat will look odd to me, so I'll probably chop this one into pieces to throw around as additional obstacles.

The Tri-Fighter is no something we need nor expect in Legion so there's nothing to compare with and while it might seem too small at the first sight, the dimensions check out - this thing actually was just over 5m long and there was no B1 droid siting inside.. ;) The shape of it is just great to plow through the ground while crashing, leaving nice and long trench behind it, acting up as a cover, obstacle and a thematic control objective!

I've only got a group photo of the whole delivery at hand right now. Should anyone need further reference images, do not hesitate to reach out but be patient, it might take me a week or two to reunite with these and have an opportunity to snap some photos.

I think it's from Wizards of the Coast line. They had it released in 2005 and 2008. I would definitely appreciate if you could take a photo of it next to a battle droid or super battle droid, if you have one. Judging by this pic it's easy to approximate the scale.

Fantastic work! I think my cousin had Hasbro's Anakin starfighter somewhere, I heed to find it. 😁

Thanks a lot! That was a most interesting read! Isn't the tri-fighter a bit small in scale? For a destroyed terrain piece it would be ok though.....

Question to the community: guys, do you happen to know if there are any Legion-scale models of Neimoidian Sheathipede-class shuttle? I would love to have one for my CIS collection, but it seems there is none in existence. Any leads? 🙂
