So I've become slightly lost, Hale and the Inquisitor have gone into the next room with the death troopers and stormtroopers? Also I think at this point Briar would leave the lift.

How many ways are there out of the checkpoint, and do we know where they go?

i was lost too so I just entered the room

There is just the door behind the desk, which leads to two barracks rooms, and a stateroom. The stateroom has a ventilation shaft in the ceiling, with a ladder leading upwards. Make a Hard Warfare check.

Knowledge (Warfare) : 2eP+2eA+3eD 2 successes, 4 advantage
p-a-a.png p-s-a.png a-a-a.png a-s-a.png d-th.png d--.png d-th.png

I'll use 2 of the advantage to recover 2 strain. Can I use the other two to pass on a boost to act on related information?

When Briar sees the man Hale captured, his face is familiar. Searching her memory, or perhaps consulting her datapad, Briar recognizes him as suspected rebel agent Tycho Prin. @Imperial Stormtrooper

@Edgehawk can the Inquisitor search the room.

Average Perception.

Perception : 2eA+2eD 2 successes

In the bottom of a trash bin, Drogos finds a small datapad and a few dataspikes soaking in a liquid that appears to have caused them a fair amount of damage.

Can I treat his Fearsome wound (2eD if I remember) or he shoots me right and there? :D

Yes, go ahead.

Treating fearsome wound : 2eP+2eA+1eB+2eD 0 successes, 1 advantage, 1 Triumph
p-tr.png p-a.png a-s-s.png a-s.png b--.png d-f-f.png d-f-f.png

Now what? :D I'm gonna think about something for the Triumph, I have no idea atm.

I mean I could use the Triumph to treat his inherited high blood sugar, but.....

If you don’t come up with anything more dramatic for the Triumph, you can narrate the Failure as unfamiliarity with the peculiarities of the species, but Upgrade a future Med check involving the Squamatans (with a Boost, also, for the Advantage). @Rimsen

I take it! I'll make a note on my charsheet.

Again, unless anyone actually thinks the fleeing rebel could have been a receptionist.. climbing up a hidden escape shaft to his spa treatment.. after accidentally destroying sensitive material.. I don’t believe a check is necessary here.

I feel the vibe of Han being escorted out of the shield generator meeting with the Endor garrison :D

Does someone have the correct form of gloves for the dataspikes? If not does it need a DP flip to say we do?

Edited by Imperial Stormtrooper

Destiny flip can do it. Briar could have thin protective gloves for handling sensitive evidence. @Imperial Stormtrooper

This Rebel Receptionist has been rather grating to the Inquisitor, he would like to use a force choke. @Edgehawk

Opposed by 3eD.

@Edgehawk Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Prin have no way of knowing any of our names? At least from us that is.

Correct. Not from you.

Force Choke (Bind) : 1eP+3eA+3eD+2eF 2 threat, 2 Light Side, 1 Dark Side
p-s.png a-s.png a-a.png a--.png d-f-f.png d-th.png d-th-th.png f-ds.png f-ls-ls.png

The Inquisitor is not Pleased.

Well if the force fails he will instead do it the old fashioned way, anything stopping a traditional old choke?

Not really.

Okay. So the rebel is out, for the moment, though he could probably be brought around.

The lift still requires a Successful Mechanics check (Hard, with a Boost this time) to become operable again.

The caustic corrupting the datapad and dataspikes quickly dries, once removed from the liquid, so further damage is not likely an issue at present.

There are a half dozen security personnel, that the Inquisitor bound and then Hale brutalized into submission, presumably in binders.

edit to add: also, it is safe to assume the lower levels have been alerted to your presence, though the alarm button pressed by security caused no overt klaxons or flashing lights or anything.

Mechanics check on lift : 2eA+1eP+3eD+1eB 1 failure, 3 advantage

Dang droid again...

Can I use the advantages to get an idea of the strength of the response that is undoubtedly approaching?
