To the leaders of the Gungans,
We hope this message finds you well. We have been at war for several cycles now. You have killed ours, and we have killed yours in return.
Once again, the wave of killing is set to continue. We have a gun to your head and you have one to ours. More innocents will surely perish if this cycle continues.
Only now we have the edge. One jump away from your home system is The Weapon of Mass Destruction. It is unstoppable and will decimate an entire planet, if used in anger.
Our high council is split on whether to request a ceasefire on equal terms before using The Weapon, or to demand your surrender after your core worlds are burning cinders.
Why engage in dialogue versus just deploying The Weapon while laughing meniacally as your worlds burn? The Weapon is a tad more powerful than we would have liked, and dialing back the output is not possible. We're trying to run an Evil Empire here, not an Evil Mausoleum.
You have proven your worth and tenacity in combat and would be potent allies. It's hard to be allies if you're still shooting each other. We have opted to hold off on using The Weapon for now, but our patience is not infinite.
With that in mind, we offer you a ceasefire. You keep X2 and X3, and in exchange we take possession of W (your forces will be ordered to surrender and in return will not be harmed) .
The terms are simple, we stop killing each other for a while.
You will not be required to celebrate Day of the Horse nor pledge fielty to the Bad Horse.
This could be an important first step towards a peaceful coexistence between our peoples.
Signed,
The Representative of The Bad Horse

This is a Naboo Representative here.
How much time do we have to think about it? Our orders are already almost complete for this turn. We were going to make an attack, but we can agree not to attack you (or URASC) for this turn if you agree not to attack us.
I'll talk with the Gungans, but I don't think they'd be interested in the cause of Evil. Unless Jar Jar Binks has secretly been a Sith Lord this whole time! (Some Naboo soldiers laugh, others turn pale and look nervous...)

Well, see, here is the problem. It's those darned Evil Scientists. They wanted to use The Weapon in the Bridle system, but the Bad Horse felt that wouldn't send a strong enough message. They then wanted to use it in Xeniphon in a scorched Earth strategy, which for obvious reasons, was declined. Now they're pouting that we have a legitimate target and have yet to use The Weapon on Wajda . They are now on a hunger strike. You know how those academic types are.
I appreciate your being willing to negotiate and don't relish simply delaying hostilities for a future round.
We don't ask you to embrace Evil.
Does 12 hours from now give you enough time? We too have orders to rescind (and potentially lenthen this hunger strike).

We foresee no change of tactical or strategic doctrines at this time .
I mean.... "Grrr. Arrg."
How are you?
Also, @Bertie Wooster , in case you think we are bluffing, we are not.
We are in possession of a weapon which when used during the siege of a planet will immediately deal massive damage to the planet, destroying all military assets on the planet and also dealing a regrettable amount of damage to the surrounding civilian infrastructure.
If needed, @The Jabbawookie can confirm that I do possess such a weapon.
Here is some recently declassified footage of a similar weapon in use by a former protege of ours, our good friend Director Krennic:

Indeed if genocide was our aim this would be much easier. But ruling over an empire of corpses is no fun.

Keep us informed on whether to proceed or not with current preparations.
Looks like we will keep going as planned, based off the GAN reply...

In that case, we'll have to decline your offer to enter a ceasefire, at the risk of our own planet getting annihilated. We don't doubt that such an evil weapon is in your possession, we just don't understand why you wouldn't just invade the planet instead of destroying it. Its credit production is very good, as you already know. Why waste it?
If you do destroy Wajda, I assure you we won't forget it. We'll be talking to our lawyers, Proprietary Limited, to see if we can sue you for damages, pain and suffering.
If you're going to destroy a planet this turn, I see no reason why we shouldn't attack you too.

Based on your response I worry that I was not clear.
What I'm saying is that I don't want to destroy Wajda . We tell the scientists what to do, not the others way around. They can starve a little longer.
I'd like to end this cycle of "you invade my planets, degrade credit production, I take them back, I invade your planets, degrade planet production, etc". This just leaves both of us worse off with no clear sign of victory on either side.
I'm suggesting we end this cycle. I let you keep X2 and X3, you give me W. I'll even arrange to transport your troops off as a sign of good will. Feel free to station a sizeable fleet at X2 or X3 as a deterrent against me trying to take them back. My deterrent is that I can decimate any planet of yours with ease (once again, I don't want to do this) if you betray me.
I will also commit not to use The Weapon against you, unless you attack me again in future.
I'm seeking peace and an end to this cycle of violence.

It doesn't sound like a great deal to us. Sorry.

I see. Well then, let the record show:
1. We were the victims of an unprovoked attack on our home system
2. We sought a peaceful resolution to this conflict, allowing you to keep planets in our home system.
3. We opted to warn you ahead of time of our capabilities in an attempt to prevent unnecessary civilian casualties, and you rebuked.
@idjmv alas, but the war goes on. As always, we appreciate your assistance and support.

And it shall stay that way, as long as we are in a position to do so.
Turn 20 hyperpings: dsB, C1, C2, dsC, dsD, L2, dsL, N3, T1, T2, X1, X2, and Y1.
A 497 point Proprietary Limited fleet engages the battered 406 point Merry Crew fleet. A 9 is rolled and converted into an 8. The Merry Crew loses a GSD1 and another GSD1 is scarred. Proprietary Limited loses 2 Pelta Cs. The Merry Crew is unable to retreat, so the remainder of the fleet is destroyed.
The Merry Crew has been defeated.
A 204 point Wookiee fleet engages 228 Locust Drones over G1. A 9 is rolled. The AF2B Bug Swatter goes down after swatting exactly 40 locust drones. The Wookiees must retreat.
A scarred 61 point URASC task force retreats to Y1, but encounters a 494 point Gungan fleet. A 9 is rolled and converted to a 2. The URASC task force is destroyed entirely, though some GF manage to make it to the surface (difficult division.) Y1 is blockaded; a bombardment destroys 3GF and 1 credit production.
A 498 point URASC fleet engages 88 Locust Drones over Y3; an 8 is rolled and they are all destroyed with no URASC casualties.
10 Locust Drones assault C2 and encounter a 23 point ELE defense force; an 8 is rolled and they are all destroyed.
A 36 point Gungan force destroys an ELE TIE Fighter squadron over X2, clearing the skies.
On Tarkovsky (T1) 2 Gungan Z-95 squadrons are destroyed by a 393 point ELE fleet that proceeds to blockade the planet. A bombardment destroys 2 GF and 1 credit production.
Wajda remains under ELE blockade. Crazed Jedi spirits are released onto the world, ravaging it.
Infested worlds: H1, G1.
Turn 21 is now live and orders will be due in 48 hours.
Awaiting orders from:

@idjmv yuck. We'll don't worry about reinforcements friend. Take care of your own.
@Bertie Wooster Wow. Did not see that coming.

Attention Brood Swarm Creatures in dsL - your destruction is assured. Prepare to be eliminated.
Greetings, URASC!
We have now restored security to our planet LKapitano (L2). We have been given to understand that you have a code pertaining to that world. We now invite a full exchange of information. We will give you the code for the Yx world in exchange for the L2 code. Do we have a deal?
Greetings GNIPians! We are curious as to the effects of the code that was given to you by the Merry Crew. Was it a Merry Message? Or did it make the sender blush? More information can only profit us both.
We were given to understand that your enemies had a weapon of mass destruction? What was the outcome of that situation?

I would imagine that it would make the sender blush, though I am not sure I am interpreting that correctly.
@Drasnighta - are you still in control of G1? If not, I intend to take it this turn. Please let me know if you have any fleets on the way or ground forces landed.
This was a merry message.
We hope to make the sender blush at it.
In plainer terms, was the code useful to your planet, or harmful? Did it bring you joy or frustration?

Wookiee forces are indeed landed on G1, and thus, faculty politely suggests that you do not interrupt their studies of the Locust and Feeder organisms at this point in time.

Our planet Wajda is under threat of being destroyed, but it hasn't been destroyed yet. It's under blockade, but we're hesitant to send our forces there--it would be terrible if we sent ships and squadrons to the planet and then those ships and squadrons got destroyed. We don't know what the Death Star's "timing window" is, if it's before jumps take place, or after jumps but before combat (this would be bad), or after combat.
If they do destroy Wajda, we'll gladly invade a planet with equivalent credit production.
EDIT: (Actually it still says "Details pending" so we don't know if Wajda was invaded, destroyed, bombarded, etc.)
