Poe is ridiculously fun to fly. Probably the best starfighter hero.
Villain straight up goes to Maul though.

Well, no? That's not really a good correlation? They just aren't allowed to use stuff that doesn't exist / hasn't been in the films... for the most part. Really not sure where all these jetpacks are coming from, but they wouldn't allow DICE/Criterion to make derivative Y-Wings and TIE Bombers because they just hadn't

But I agree the lack of a bomber class IS very annoying, yes.

The sequel maps in Starfighter Assault aren't very good and they are without an entire class of starfighter.
