It's not even listed in the vehicle section. It's classified as gear. It's only 4 Encumbrance to carry it.
We can still "build" it (giving it Armor 0, Def 0, and HTT 1).

Column C is silhouette RAW
Column D is the silhouette of the frame (after elegant design/larger scope)
Column E is the number of customization hp

Column J is total number of advantage needed (with the listed exceptions)

Then each crafting upgrade/defect in the frame table gets its own column which contains the number of times it was used

Then each crafting upgrade/defect in the hull table gets its own column
Then each crafting upgrade/defect on the assembly table gets its own column
The next column is the total number of mods across all core components and attachments
Then each attachment in the nubian design collective (starting with the dedicated bays and berths, the modular pod and mothership docking clamp) gets its own column
Then each RAW attachment not listed in the nubian design collective that gets used gets 2 columns number and price of 1 instance where a⁷ linked 3 weapon counts as 4 instances, linked 2 counts as 2, because that's how it's costed.
But before we start on the spread sheet we need to figure out an initial set of vehicles to start putting into the excel sheet.
We want every vehicle that has or is a modular pod and has a price because there aren't a lot of them and we need multiple data points to estimate the cost.
I think we've already done a lot of the experimental design by the ships we've already covered in this thread since the beginning.
And if the ships can be sorted by frame type in the order that they're listed in the nubian design collective that's be appreciated.... and within a frame type sort by silhouette and then hull type.
That'll help us figure out what other vehicles we need to find to fill in the holes in the experimental design.
I'd like to stat each of these vehicles on a different page of an excel/open office/google spreadsheet/work book and on the first page is the big table. Then I can provide a link to the spreadsheet on doc zero as evidence that the rules can reproduce official ships
I expect to encounter issues that require rule changes to address (particularly with the space stations... the mobile bit should grant speed 2)
Anyone who wants in on this is welcome to help. I can set up a Google drive excel sheet that a short list of people have permission to edit.

Personally, mine follow mostly with yours. However, where my 5% margin of variance might differ from yours is mostly in the pricing.
I understand and appreciate the desire to match 95% of the vehicles with 95% accuracy, to be honest applaud even. However, I believe some of the vehicle pricing in the books seems to just be random and arbitrary. So, my hope is that a system can be worked out that can give the versatility to create vehicles in a way that provides consistency, fairness and balance. If you run games gritty and hungry, then you can use this to make unique vehicles that won't break the world but still offer something special to the characters. Same for those who run things with credits flowing between appendages. This can be used to create vehicles that feel above the rest (and actually be) without being game breaking due to the mechanical restrictions.
....ok. That was more a run on thought, than an answer. So....my priorities would be to flesh out the cost for the modular upgrades next. I think you have done a great job with the rest of the mechanical aspects thus far and this seems to be the part that is most in need of attention at the moment.
EDIT: Modular meaning the docking clamps and anything else that is TBD. Sorry...long day. 🙂

What if speeder bikes had a special/defect like stripped down design that reduced armor and then went with transport hull (to reduce hp cost of dedicated cargo bays to 2), got a dedicated cargo bay as a integrated system for +10 hp and only had 1 cargo pod which would put you at 14 enc. Depending on how other speeder bikes go I might increase base enc from 1 to 2

I don't need crafting prices/rarities I need the listed prices for the vehicle... the least squares problem will determine crafted pricing.
A) I always seem to forget trying alternate Hulls! Yes, the Transport Frame will work. (I still like the idea of "Storage Locker". I think that it could help tweak the Encumbrance values of vehicles to a minor degree, but it's probably not necessary.)
B) Regardless if you call it "Stripped Down", "Reduced Protection", or maybe even "Shoddy Armor", I think it can be a general Crafting Defect for the Hull table that can be applied to any vehicle. No need to limit it to Speeder Bikes (after all, the AT-RT has Armor 0 as well).
C) I'm still having a hard time figuring out exactly what you need and how to format it (the list is long). Can you show us with an example?

Was that on purpose (i.e.: just mark the Triumph needed)?
That was intentional... list the attachment as the attachment... folding seats and engineering access are the same (list them as attachments)... I'm going to have to make them not free in terms of credits but to cost as per attachment but definitely include advantage and triumph in the counts (lessons learned and efficient construction are also intentionally missing)
