Line of sight

Do repulsor units block line of sight?

No, only ground vehicles.

I want to clarify because there are two parts to this answer.

On page 31 of the RR, it says, "Pieces of terrain and vehicles can block line of sight."

However, only ground vehicles can obscure a target and provide cover. What this means is that if a target model is totally, 100% blocked by a repulsor vehicle from ALL attacking models then it can't be hit by the attack. If any attacking models can see any part of the target model, then the model can be shot with no cover.

Likewise, if a repulsor vehicle blocks LOS to all of the defending models from an attackers view, that attacker cannot fire.

Neither of these events should be common.

Thanks for your answers. It was the obscured thing that made it confusing.

So, like, a cheesy person might mount the t-47 with its rear engines pointing down touching the base, and have the model point upward like a rocket. That way it could act as a mobile LOS blocking wall... ?

“those” people are terrible.

Yes but if they do that it severely decreases the height of the terrain because of other parts of the repulsor rules (either that or it's in the vehicle terrain section).
