Any thoughts? I was feeling my provinces could do with a refresh, but Cache is hard to let go of...

I agree. I think it's only worth doing if you are trying to create a dishonour deck, as for me there is no better stronghold card for scorpion than secret cache.

Having said that it's a solid card and the only way to find out if it's worth doing is to try it!

I switched from Secret Cache to Before the Throne since it runs in my deck far better. I always found when people hit Secret Cache they never wanted to go back. People rather hit Meditations on the Tao and Pilgrimage and in some cases Shameful Display rather than let me draw a card. Having two 5 strength provinces in the back row is pretty nice as well.

I think Before the Throne is a great province if you want a dishonor win. While getting a card is nice, losing on purpose can be nice too... Especially when it wins you the game.
