Evidence against the official hyperspace changes: the official app has the nashta pup legal for scum, and all the conversion kit u-wings in rebel.

Something is a mistake here, I guess we wait for PDFs.

Edit: Wade seems to be confirming it on Facebook?

“Hey guys, come try the new hyperspace ships for your Rebels, Imperials and Scum tonight at FFG OPEN PLAY!”

On the twin cities x-wing page.

Pup is no longer legal, U-wings are still there.

As long as you’re not a new player*

*that doesn’t live near FFG HQ

Hey, is this correct that coolstuff has basically little inventory of the newly added hyperspace ships?

CoolStuff seems to get their distribution in multiple shipments. They were my go to when I didn't have an FLGS and they'd often immediately sell out of a wave and then have it restocked a couple days later

@Brunas - I need a map for SN/Afterburners Anakin doing a 5K

PDFs are up. Hyperspace legality is real @Tlfj200

I get this, but there are 4 brand new factions at full availability, unless you think the newly available old ships give those factions a major advantage over the new factions.

Ok.

’hope you like the new factions, new players.’

I understand your point, but new players probably do like the new factions. When I joined back in Wave 5(?) I was interested in Scum precisely because I could get in at the start of something new.

Other people who I neither know nor associate with are possibly(?) being oppressed!

I would absolutely not mind being a new player right now. Part of me wishes I was just now getting on this train, because I'd probably do Clone Wars alone for a bit, and save some money in the long run 😂

My concern is the new factions have 3 ships total each essentially. Now you added 2 more each to Empire, Rebels, and Scum (Z95 was likely already joining). Resistance is likely fine because of undercosted RZ2s, First Order is less so. Republic and Separatists could be in trouble in terms of Hyperspace balance.

Dengar Gunner is Hyperspace legal???

Bio Hexa and Barrage Rockets (the heck can these even be put on??? nvrmnd, missed that TIE/Sas made the Hyperspace list) are now too...

4x ARCs, 8x Energy Shell Vultures... They'll have some fun options.

ALSO I GET TO PLAY WAVE 3 DAY TWO OF ADEPTICON

Quote

Because the official release date for the third wave of expansions is tomorrow—March 21st—the Galactic Republic and Separatist Alliance won't be legal for the main event, but we expect to see a good number of droids and Jedi flying to battle in the Hyperspace Qualifier and other side events.

...Assuming I don't make the cut 😜

Can you link us to that quote you got? Would like full proof pls and ty.

I, for one, welcome our new hyperspace Biohexacrypt Codes users.

We have multiple new players from 2e - maybe 25-30%?

There is no local stock of anything from first edition. Sucks to be them.

For Rebels, the As are hot garbage at current points and and the other factions will likely have new toys by the time they're adjusted. But the Bs will probably be a boon for Rebel beef making it all the beefier so to me that's less a problem with the newer factions and more an overall balance issue making current front runner potentially even better. Though like the Scum Zs they were coming any ways so...

For Empire I'm not sure the bombers are relevant, again given current prices, though I may be wrong. Squints = Soontir who I think could have an impact mostly as a cheaper I6 than Vader but not sure it's enough to really upend overall faction balance

How close to right they got the points on the Republic and Separatists is going to matter way more for their success or failure than the 3 originals getting another ship
