Carolina Krayts is the best X-Wing podcast

There's ruining the game, and then there's "This could stand to be a point or two higher." By and large, TAPs being 36-37 points probably only cuts into bid a little.

Inqs are definitely undercosted. They were actually fine before they dropped, just slept on.

^^^ This. From launch, they were likened to Defenders for being able to weather storms, but dismissed for having a 2 die gun (apparently the missile slot was overshadowed by the presence of torps in-faction). Despite a good smattering of them with Jendon missiles in Vassal and a few European tourneys, people only got on board en masse after Gencon.

This. One of my offspring played one (we have only one model in the family) really early in 2nd ed. And stopped playing it, saying " that's boring, this ship is easy mode".

Imagine being mad at Inquisitors in a world of aethersprites and imperial aces

I have enough anger to go around

I'm only slightly mad that they were underestimated and still are. And not even mad, just curious.

Launch Price: 40

January Price: 38

June Price: 35

IIRC, between January and June, some folks were starting to try them out (often with Jendon), do at least mediocre. Some time after June, the particular {Jendon + 2 Inq + Ace} archetype really took off, and they were easily acknowledged as very-good-for-their-cost.

All force users are loathed equally.

What about "force" users?

Inquisitors did nothing wrong

and yet shall be punished

nature abhors a vacuum, and X-Wing players abhor a generic pilot that's above B-tier

I believe SOTL's vonreg pricing solely because of the ridiculous pricing on soontir.

Except Asajj.

Because long-live Shadowcasters and nerfed mobile arcs.

Wulfwarroo got nerfed and can't throw more than 6 dice.

Everything's fine.

Grand Inquisitor is both an Aethersprite and an Imperial ace.

I hate Soontir and Guri right along with them. And others, I'm sure. Defenders are dumb, but pay the price. N-1s are dumb, but pay the price aside from Ric. Stop giving away tokens and actions, plz. Make the masses earn them.

Firestorm just went online with a game of Vader/Soontir/Whisper (of course 5th Bro) against 4 CLT Jedi.

UNSUBSCRIBED.

If more Aces were considered "normal" in the Low 60s or Low 70s instead of Low 50s or High 50s opinions probably change quick. High 40s might be the "real" answer though.

I'm fine with Inqs going up, they'll still be good and I can work around a reasonable new price.

I'm hoping the Super version doesn't get hit twice but fearful it might.

I'll gladly sacrifice vultures for order 66, since the alternative is probably sacrificing vultures and getting nothing and the 4 viable factions are the 4 with triple ace lists

FO, Imp, Republic... who is the 4th?

Fenn + Guri + Old T/Serissu?

Poe + 2 i5s?

Fac +...uh...?

Corran + Precog Luke + ...?
