Counted Y-Wings, HWK, RZ2A etc as Turrets. Did not count SFs or Arcs for some reason.

non-rebel turrets rise up
I remain surprised that FFG didn't spike the cost of hotshot, agile, etc gunners into the ground this points update
I don’t have good data, so I’m wondering if someone will back my anecdote.
i4 has been a pretty big deal last point season. I credit sigmas, inferno squad, and Braylen. Are there other common pilots at 4? Is that maybe another reason separatists are struggling? They are nearly entirely i1 and i3, outside of Maul and Grevious.

🤨 List counts are of turrets and Aces. Seps have neither per the popular definition of "ace"...

Yes.

Don't forget about my boy, and mustache man Horton Salm.
Edit: Other real options were Ten and Dutch with some other pilots showing up once in a while too, but both are lame compared to the power of Horton Salm.

Oh I thought we were mad at harpoons
The rebel beef that won the Italian sos (Afterburners wedge + blue Escort and 2 blue squadron blue) "only" lost tactical officer and a 5 points bid.
Meanwhile its worse counter, 4 phantoms, is no more and anakin/mace/2torrents also got a bit nerfed.
It's still very HS legal too, but who cares since luckily we are in extended season.
What's gonna beat it? Tie swarms aren't a consistent answer despite the popular feeling in this thread

Wrong letter.... TLT - The Liquor Ticket... or it seemed to be, anyway.

It probably won't be TIE swarms since nobody (and by nobody, I mean a statistically insignificant number of people) will bring it. If this were hyperspace season, I'd be practicing with them. I've been on both sides of this engagement, and it doesn't feel good for Rebels from either side. It's probably only something like a 60/40 leaning toward TIEs, but it just feels rough.

I feel like Hyperspace is the more interesting format now. Restrictions breed interesting decisions. It's like haikus or something.
Extended is "The Hunt for New Glue"
Spoiler- I found glue.

Maybe Hyperspace is better now.
It might not be.

patiently waiting to see ric olie, general leia, and/or just tie swarm lists squash the format

Ric Olie is in a superposition of being clearly the standout best N1 and comically underpriced as well as being disappointing and I'd rather just have an ARC.

I don't get the Ric hype. Can someone explain to me?
Also, Leia is imo expensive enough to make her a choice. My whole (theoretical) argument:
Based on that, I hear "Poe and/or Rey will be dominating" when somebody says General Leia will squash the format.
And I simply don't believe that.
A similar chain can be made for coordinate, imo. C3po already added the ability for cheaper and that was never really played or successful. Why then would a more expensive form of coordinate be good?
I just don't see it.
At most, some weird salad with Poe and a transport might establish itself. But I don't see it dominating TIE swarms, 5A, 2Jedi+X, Kylo and friends, rebel beef and whatever else will be around.

I do not understand the weather, I just recognize the feeling in my bones before a storm
passive mods and high init were my favorite movie character all along
i5 that has focus evade and can regen and goes fast
Half the people in this thread were born to run to time.

Also, Leia is imo expensive enough to make her a choice. My whole (theoretical) argument:
- Leia affects only one ship at a time, clearly intended to improve an expensive and heavy hitting ace instead of many comparatively immobile heavy hitters as rebel Leia
- that means leia is (for now) only relevant for t70s and maybe yt1300s because a-wings do not hit heavily enough
- Turning red to white maneuvers is not as good in resistance as in other factions: awings don't need it (and are excluded anyway), only Rey of the yt1300s wants her, and T70s already have Nien and Ello to demonstrate the results of this effect. If red to white for a single ship was such a game changer, Ello and Nien would be everywhere. They are not.
- That leaves Poe and Rey
Based on that, I hear "Poe and/or Rey will be dominating" when somebody says General Leia will squash the format.

My testing points to Poe/Leia Falcon not being a meta thing. There will be outliers, and it can absolutely do horrible things, but the Falcons still die. Two shots per round mean those shots have to count and if they don't for whatever reason, you're already behind.
