I think it was 3/50 in Austin. And Austin is full of imperial fan boys so I was shocked. Two 'made cut' (both snuck in when others dropped).

Adepticon is in a couple weeks as well.

LOL, who the heck is running a Falcon in Hyperspace??? 🤣
Large ships are mega trash in Hyperspace, with the notable exception of the Upsilon used as a cheap support ship that can hit like a truck and is relatively affordable. I don't think I've seen any other large ships in a T16 anywhere... and that pretty much applies to Extended, too.
There's been a handful of top 16s with Han, Wedge, and some Y-Wing. It's not as good as four ship rebel but it's playable.

I've attended two hyperspace trials (50+ players) in the UK with Han Luke. I went 4-2 in the first and made the final in the second, losing to quad fangs. I've found Han to be absolutely fantastic at countering most things in the meta. The list has a healthy bid at 188, which definitely helps.
The Han build is;
Trick Shot, Leia, Lando, Hotshot Gunner, Rigged Cargo Chute.

2/56 are missing from the Trial in Kentucky
16/24 missing from the Trial in Boise Idaho

You appear to be forgetting our lord and saviour, super Vennie.
Three people made cut flying big bases at the 82 player hyperspace in Stockport. Vennie ended second, Rey top 4 and Boba top 16

There were also several Vennies at the other UK Hyperspace. One made top 4 and another was 9th in swiss.

Do you know if anyone from the Aldershot event is going to do Listfortress?

I don't think lists were gathered, but I can get at least some of the results up later.
I can tell you Fenn plus 3 Recruits won at Aldershot. Great news for me. Must have taken some intense piloting.
The top 6 were all different lists as well. One was Poe, Nien and bucket load of upgrades....
Meta is all over the place here in the UK atm. Fly what you love, piloting is very much winning out over list building, it seems to me.
Haha, there are almost as many Lulos as there are rebel or imperial ships at i5

It's almost like an I5, repositioning, 3 dice turret was good for 38 points.

That can also choose to roll 3 evade dice instead.

I'll see if I can get the TO on it

It's really ridiculously high: 38% (147/390) of Resistance is Lulo. Imperials have 159 and rebels have 167 ships at i5 total.

Lu'lo reminds me of 1.0 Lockdown. He's an obvious choice because of how efficient he is and how easily he fits into any Resistance list.

I imagine that a high percentage of Rebels at i5 is Luke as well with some Thane and Lando sprinkled in. And I bet that Scum is so low because for some reason Boba is bad.

High percentage yes, but the i5 of rebels split actually into 52 Luke, 41 Norra, 39 Lando and 35 Thane. They are all dwarfed by 182 Wedges (and 36 Han)

Yeah I think Wedge dominating Han at i6 was a given. Probably the same for QD over Midnight, Kylo over Blackout, Poe over Han, etc. Some factions have some real clear choices at different Initiative levels that even when the alternative isn't bad, you are just going to see the other one way more often.
Lulo I think is the actual outlier because I think you can actually choose just about any Resistence i5 and not be wrong - except probably Ello, but that is because the other i5s are just better.

Cut Resistance, and I5 is not particularly more common than 2, 4, or 6; and 1/3 are not all that far behind.
That's still an ace-heavy meta (Vader is worth almost 2 Tempests, so with an imaginary perfectly balanced TIE Advanced you'd expect almost twice as many I2 as I6, etcetc) but the massive spike at I5 is gone and I6 falls from second place to third.
Conclusion: Lu'lo costs as much as a Black Squadron Scout and six points less than a Zealous Recruit

Resistance certainly got the Lion's Share of Initiative-Creep. Once we know all the Jedi, should be interesting to see how many I5 and I6 pilots the Republic end up with... I'm guessing it's going to be a lot if they get another Jedi-Fighter or two (either the ETA or the little thing Yoda flies in Clone Wars).
