We are still missing the details on the Tourney of Casterly Rock.

Is it a multiplayer tournament ? LCG and / or Legacy ? Any special rules ?

It's a local (or "hedge") tournament, so all that is up to the individual TO.

It's a deck of regular playing cards like you would use for poker, hearts, crazy 8's, solitaire or what have you. The backs are the same as the LCG card backs and the faces are characters from the books/game. Eddard Stark on the ace of diamonds - that sort of thing.
