I am playing seeds of corruption and it has stopped giving story quests as a choice and has just been offering side quests. I hve done quite a few side quests now. We are now pretty tough compared to the challenges Is this bugged or do I just need to carry on?

A story quest should always be visible with the number of weeks needed before availability displayed.
If not it is bugged.

I had the same issue.

It seems to trigger when you get the ynfernal rune in the main quest but then lose that scenario, we tried it twice and both times we had no main quest show up afterwards anymore.

Is this true also for the start of the campaign? We have completed the first scenario and the only option available is to go to Greyhaven. No main quest, no side quest no Nerekhall...

i think the choice appears later on
