I've seen a lot of you're posts, and I think, if I hated a company as much as you seem to hate FFG, I'd not waste any of my time on their website, let alone posting in their boards.

Out of curiosity, is there anything about FFG or their products that you *do* like?

It's funny how much you hate my posts and then quote them. Maybe you should stop playing the quoting things you don't like and saying people shouldn't have anything to do with things they don't like game.

I don't hate your posts, I'm just genuinely curious why you seem to be so active on a website for a company you don't seem to like. As I asked, is there anything about FFG that you do like? Just trying to get a bit more positivity going here!

Being passionate about something can manifest in many different ways. Some people like to be super positive and hyped about everything related to the thing they like. Others like to point out details about the thing they like that could improve it.

How do you get internet in the Phantom Zone?

It's a *really* expensive booster unit...

Are we due to have the next wave go from "on the boat" to "shipping " any time now?

"On the Boat" is estimated at generally being 4-6 weeks. Tomorrow is 6 weeks exactly.

Of course, it doesn't always work that way (Rebellion's expansion took significantly longer, I remember) but I'm still betting hoping we'll see it switch by Thursday.

My guess is we'll get an In Stores Now for Whitehall, and nothing else today. It's been a slow week.

I'd even appreciate an article without any text, but just with the remaining Deployment and Command Cards.

I want to see palpatine's and ashoka's command cards

GOT cards seem like a weak way to go out on Friday...

FFG tends to agree so...

Hey, here's an X-wing preview for everyone. -_-

Meh, good for them I guess. The ships do look cool

Oh boy, Episode VIII. I'm more excited for the final Rebels season than that movie, to be honest.

I mean, it's definitely gotten more (and in my opinion, better) trailers so far.

But I'm sure TLJ will be great.

Are we looking at the same ships? That resistance bomber is one of the ugliest ships they've done.

There also seems to be price creep, although it's difficult to be sure until the ships are shown next to other x-wing ships.

Meh, the new TIE looks really neat.

I like the bomber too, but different strokes, I guess.

The tie looks good. For the bomber I reckon they just chose a letter from the alphabet and started from there, really not a fan of that one.

Between the bomber and the awful royal guards in a bit nervous about TLJ.

Or more likely a B-24 Liberator. I mean, there are a few things in the design that have a WWII Bomber feel to me (I'm just picking the B-24 as an example). Personally I like most of it... that giant section that's dropping straight down at the front is a little ugly though.

Given their size compared to the TIEs in the first trailer I'm a little surprised they aren't large ships.

Kinda surprising that there's not article for anything so far today. Is this some holiday I don't know about?

It's 9/11. Not specifically a holiday that would impact business as usual in the US but an important day in American history.

However, IIRC the Alliance Open House was this past weekend so there could be ramifications if FFG had a huge presence at the event (which I would think they did since they are now going exclusively with Alliance as a distributor).

Well, at least Netrunner got 3 articles, so people can stop harassing FFG about it on Twitter.

I could understand if they chose not to announce anything during 911.

The new pandemic was announced (again) today. Pandemic after the flood was initially announced the other week when Houston was under water, the announcement was swiftly pulled and apology for the bad timing was given with a pledge to donate some money. The game was re-announced today while Miami is flooded.

Oh wow, that's really tonedeaf. I mean, it's hurricane season, so it'll be hard to announce anything flood related and not be a little off-putting to the American office, but still.

If I'd ever be a victim of a catastrophe or some act of violence, the last thing I'd want is for compnies NOT to anounce or release games or anything else that brings fun and enjoyment to peoples' lives in an effort to remember my death or suffering or whatever, quite the contrary. But that's just me. Life goes on. Not releasing or anouncing a game - as an example - doesn't help anyone who is affected by a catastrophe.
