So here's a thought (to try and get us feeling positive again!) :

are we building up to a Rebels boxed set after HOTE? If it's going to happen it would make sense for it to come out in the next 6 months or so, whilst the final season is being shown. We've slowly seen a number of units from the series released, and HOTE will bring us the At-Dp and Ashoka. And we've seen FFG completely break the predicted template by not releasing Endor next, so there's scope for something different.

The only niggle I can see is that there are four iconic characters left, and - unless they appeared in the box itself, which would be unusual - it would feel a lot for the accompanying blister wave. Not impossible, of course.

Kanan, Ezra, Sabine, Zeb, Kallus, 3 Inquisitors.

I think the Rebels boxed set is HotE, to be honest. Not saying that we won't get more Rebels unique characters in a blister wave or two, but HotE contains several Rebels things already- pre-GCW storyline, Ahsoka, Maul, Sentry bots, AT-DP... I think this is about as overtly Rebels as we're going to get right now without completely alienating players who aren't fans of the show. Note that even with this campaign (that contains also a prequel unit in the clawdite and a very GCW themed unit with Palpatine) is already alienating many players on these forums, from what we've read.

My guess is that the next boxed set (if we get one, and it'll presumably be released in 2022 at this point) will be more based on Rogue One. Shore troopers or Death troopers seem pretty much like a given, and perhaps the K2 droids as well (forget what they're called). I have often said that a Scarif/Kashyyyk/Endor box with foresty beach tiles would make a lot of sense, though I'm not sure they'd be willing to merge all of those locations into a single campaign.

Not sure about which part of this sentence I hate the most - there's so much to choose from! The "if we get one", the catiously realistic timeline, Rogue One!

The "Rogue One" part wasn't meant to be negative...

But again, much like how I believe HotE is our Rebels box, I don't think a Rogue One box needs to be overtly so either.

Maybe some units like Death Troopers or such, but the setting really doesn't have to be Scarif. Also, the mercs need units, and they could draw from the Cantina again or the prequels/TCW.

So it's Tuesday... are we hoping at all for today or no?

I'm starting to join the camp that thinks we're not getting anything until it shifts off from At the Printers.

Do we know if items are adjusted on that page on a case-by-case basis? Or is it just a Thursday thing? Totally random?

If it's just a Thursday thing, I'd say our first article will be on Friday. Not this Friday necessarily. Just a Friday.

I think miniatures costing as much as X-Wing minis but being unpainted, or 4x what a Bones or other mini costs, puts way more people off than the possibility of a Rebels expansion.

Pretty sure it's case by case. The other Star Wars products went to "On The Boat" on a Monday.

It could be worse though, guys. Evidently a LOTR LCG reprint shipment's been lost at sea since going on the boat on 12/1/2016.

Totally, it's all over the place in Rebels. Kind of a precursor to other walkers.

It's actually based on 1979 OT concept art, but never made it into the films, so they brought it back in the first season of Rebels.
