it is almost always the latter. 2 Weeks Shipping to stores is almost universal.
The 8 Weeks however, well.. Even if its 7 instead of 8 there's still hope.... But the 8 itself is rather nebulous, and I cannot definitiely prove that its the case that way.
o don't forget we have people claiming their store is being told a release date of 11/11(which isn't even a Thursday). SO yeah if you want to be lead along listen to that.

Also, I live in Australia and the guys that I buy Armada from gets them about two weeks after the US so looks like 2017 for me . Not that I play in tournaments, I just collect a bunch and play casual games when I get the chance, but I still want those new plastic ships now.

Well us realists are still being real and accepting this stuff if the upcoming page is accurate is not coming until 2017.... Which is what my store told me on August 11.
They're going to wait till 5pm CST and posted an article.
Like a viking samurai I stoically await the arrival of the predicted Armada article.
Everybody knows FFG only posts articles on days ending in Y.
I have done hours of deep and thorough analysis to determine this and anyone who disagrees is a nerf-herder.
I find the lack of ANY article disturbing....
